Former Finance Minister Giorgos Papaconstantinou with a non reversable
decree will be brought before the Special Court according to the law
on ministers liability in connection with the so-called Lagarde list.
Papaconstantinou's relatives (non-political persons) alleged to be
involved in the Lagarde list will be not sent to the Special Court,
the Judicial Council of the Special Court said on Thursday.
The former minister is facing charges of document forgery and attempted
breach of trust but will not be indicted for violation of duty.
The trial must start within the next two months.
