[01] Greece, China sign agro-products, foods accordÁÍÁ-ÌPA/Greece and China on Monday signed a cooperation agreement on quality, hygiene and safety of farm products and foods.The agreement, signed between Greece's agricultural development and foods ministry and China's quality control general inspectorate, is expected to contribute to closer cooperation between the two countries with the aim of facilitating Greek farm and food product exports to the Chinese market.ana-mpa "Our aim is to further promote the good cooperation between our two ministries," Chinese minister Zhi Shuping said, noting the close ties that have developed between Greece and China in recent years. More details on the subscriber's page of ANA-MPA | Subscription request form  [02] ASE opening: Big declineEquity prices were declining at the opening of trade on Monday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 1.81 percent, standing at 1,331.73 points at 11:15 am, and turnover at 9.391 million euros.Individual sector indices were moving mostly downward, with the biggest gains in Media, up 1.95 percent; and Public Utilities, up 1.30 percent. The biggest losses were in Travel and Recreation, down 5.78 percent; Oil and Gas, down 2.03 percent; and Banks, down 1.75 percent. The FTSE/ASE 20 index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 2.21 percent, the FTSE/ASE MID 40 index was down 0.57 percent, and the FTSE/ASE-80 small cap index was down 1.18 percent. Of the stocks traded, 10 were up, 45 were down, and 17 were unchanged.
