[01] Geniki Bank completes 45-mln-euro share capital increase
(ANA-MPA) -- Geniki Bank on Tuesday announced the completion of a share
capital increase worth 45 million euros, which was fully covered by
Societe Generale Bank.
The plan envisages the issuance of 10,000,000 new preference and
convertible nominal shares - with no voting rights - at an offering
price of 9.0 euros each.
