    The government spokesman on Tuesday announced Costas Karamanlis' appointees for the new Cabinet forming Greece's next government, following ruling New Democracy's re-election victory on Sunday. The new Cabinet members will be sworn-in on Wednesday before the president of the republic, while the first Cabinet meeting of the new Karamanlis government will follow at noon. Additionally, former development minister Dimitris Sioufas is expected to be Karamanlis' pick for the next Parliament president. The members of the new cabinet are listed below under their ministries, which are presented in alphabetical order:
