[01] ND political council to convene on Wednesday
Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis is expected to focus on upcoming
reforms and the government's accomplishments to date when he addresses
New Democracy's Political Council on Wednesday afternoon.
The premier may also refer to the changes proposed for mayoral
elections which would allow a candidate to be elected with 42% of the
majority.
Earlier in the day, Karamanlis will be meeting with Public Order
Minister George Voulgarakis.
