[01] EU to act on air safety
AMSTERDAM - European Union transport ministers on Saturday urged the European
Commission to push ahead with institutionalising air transport safety during
the final day of an informal transport council in Amsterdam.

AMSTERDAM - European Union transport ministers have given their backing to the
EU's robust stance in negotiating access for heavy vehicle traffic through
Switzerland.
