[01] How the Turkish press covers the general elections in Turkey

The results of the general elections which took place yesterday in Turkey are the main issue in the Turkish newspapers today (23.07.07).

MILLIYET (internet version) publishes the results of the elections which are as follows:

PartyVotesPercentage %MPsJustice and Development Party (AKP)

    16.340.53446,664%340Republican Peoples Party (CHP)7.300.23420,847%112Nationalist Action Party (MHP)5.004.00314,29%70Democratic Party (DP)1.895.8075,414%0Youth Party (GP)1.062.3523.034%0Independent candidates 1.822.2535,204%28Others1.592.1324,547%0

MILLIYET also writes that it is the first time that such a big number of independent candidates have been elected in the Turkish Assembly. The paper notes that the pro-Kurdish Democratic Society Party (DTP), whose members run as independent candidates in the elections, elected 24 deputies and it will be able now to create a parliamentary group; therefore four parties will be represented in the Turkish Parliament.

The paper also writes that the former chairman of the Motherland Party, Mesut Yilmaz is among the independent candidates who are elected.

MILLIYET also reports that after the announcement of the results, supporters of the CHP gathered in front of the partys headquarters asking for the resignation of the CHPs chairman Deniz Baykal. As the paper writes Mr Baykal did not make any statements after the elections results were announced.

MILLIYET also reports that the most important issue ahead in the coming months for Turkey is the elections for the new President of the Republic and notes that despite the fact that the AKP will be able to form a government alone, it did not secure the number 367 in order to elect alone the next president and to make constitutional changes. The paper writes that now the eyes are turned onto Tayyip Erdogan who before the elections sent a message for reconciliation as regards the differences existing for the election of the next Turkish president. It is not clear, writes the paper, if Erdogan will approach CHP and MHP trying to find a compromise solution for the issue of the presidential elections, or if he will ask the support of the 28 independent candidates, among them are the members of DTP who are accused of having contacts with the PKK.

HURRIYET reports in its first page about the results of the general elections and writes that the whole world showed a great interest regarding the elections, describing them as the most important elections in modern Turkish history. The paper also reports that the Turkish citizens ignored the high temperature and run to the ballot boxes to vote.

Under the title This is the peoples warning note RADIKAL (internet version) reports about the results of the Turkish elections and writes that Erdogan, evaluating the results, said: Our democracy successfully passed a significant test in a manner that would constitute a model to the world and proved its maturity. Our democracy emerged stronger. The winner of the elections is democracy, security and stability," he stated. He also added that it is for the first time since 1956 elections that a party has managed to increase its voters while in government. Asked if the non election of Abdullah Gull to the position of the president affected the results of the elections, Erdogan stated that both the recourse to the Constitutional Court and the fact that Gul was prevented from being elected president had a big influence to the results.

RADIKAL also notes that the participation in the elections was very high and reached to 84%. It also writes that the number of women who elected as deputies is increased. 47 women were elected in the new parliament. RADIKAL also writes that the chairman of the Democratic Party, Mehmet Agar, tendered his resignation from his position after his party failed to pass the 10% threshold.

In addition TODAYS ZAMAN newspaper reports the following:

Despite the lack of an official statement from the European Commission, Brussels has silently welcomed the Justice and Development Party's election victory, seen as a strong signal to pursue EU reforms.

Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), however, have been overtly happy with the results. Alliance of Liberals and Democrats in Europe (ALDE) leader Graham Watson, Socialist Vice Chairman Jan Marinus Wiersma, Co-Chairman of the Turkey-EU Joint Parliamentary Commission Joost Lagendijk, Turkish-origin German MEP Cem Ozdemir and British MEP Andrew Duff have all loudly welcomed the results.

European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso is expected to make a written statement today. Despite the commission's silence on election night, which is customary for all general elections in member states and candidate countries, EU diplomats have privately admitted that they hope AK Party success, seeing it as the only party likely to push for EU reforms. A written statement from the Socialist Group of the European Parliament praised Turkish voters for standing up to military pressure and for pushing aside French President Nicolas Sarkozy's hostility to Turkey's EU hopes.

ALDE leader Graham Watson: I welcome the support of the Turkish people for Prime Minister [Recep Tayyip] Erdogan's strategies. Results clearly show both Turkey and the EU that the reform process should continue. The other institutions of the EU should be happy as well. There is a clear message that Turks are strongly behind the AK Party on the presidential elections. I never thought that the AK Party had an Islamist agenda and what is clear for sure is that they are for a liberal Islam. There is another very strong call that I want to underline to both the Republican People's Party (CHP) and the military: Do not ever again prevent a candidate running for the presidency.

Socialist Group Vice Chairman Jan Marinus Wiersma: It is very rare that a governing party would be so strong in the second elections. Turks have backed both the AK Party's EU and domestic policies and the military memorandum has clearly benefited the AK Party. It will be stupid and a great mistake to intervene again with a political party which gained almost 50 percent of the vote. The CHP should now finally understand that it is high time to be a real and genuine social democratic party. In the West if a party leader loses several consecutive elections, they leave their place to someone else.

Turkey-EU Joint Parliamentary Commission Co-Chairman Joost Lagendijk: Turkey voted for stability and reforms. The Turks have rewarded the AK Party in the face of fierce opposition from the CHP, President [Ahmet Necdet] Sezer, the military and the Constitutional Court. Their reaction to the April 27 memorandum has been particularly harsh. The CHP will never be able to go beyond 20 percent of the vote so long as it does not change its stance on many issues. Turks have also made it clear that they respect the military but do not want it to intervene politically. The AK Party should immediately sort out Article 301 and the law on foundations.

Greens MEP Cem Ozdemir: Those who released the military memorandum and who supported it have lost together with French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Mr. [Mehmet] Agar, leader of the Democrat Party (DP), has displayed a very civilized attitude by declaring his resignation. This should set a very good example for [CHP leader] Mr. [Deniz] Baykal. In the West a leader who has lost several elections knows what to do. The Turkish people have made it clear that sovereignty belongs to the nation and to Parliament.

ALDE MEP Andrew Duff: It is an extraordinary outcome. Brussels, both officially and unofficially, will react with extreme pleasure. We can only welcome the results. The message to the CHP and military is to catch up with the realities of modern Turkey. Mr. Baykal should reconsider his position within his party.

[02] How the Turkish Cypriot press covers the election results in Turkey

The results of the parliamentary elections in Turkey are the main topic in the Turkish Cypriot press today (23.07.07).

KIBRIS, under the title Victory of the AKP, reports that the 23rd Period General Parliamentary Elections in Turkey ended with the ruling Justice and Development Partys (AKP) securing an overwhelming majority. Prime Ministers Erdogan party increased its votes in comparison with the previous elections. Its percentage rose to 46.71 % and elected 341 MPs in the 550-member Turkish Grand National Assembly (TGNA).

The paper notes that the Republican Peoples Party (CHP) remains as the main opposition party having acquired 20.8 % of the votes and 111 MPs. The third party which enters the newly elected TGNA is the Nationalist Action Party (MHP) with 14.3 % and 70 MPs. The independent candidates received 5.2 % of the votes.

The paper reports that 28 independent MPs are elected in the TGNA. It also reports that the AKP is the first party within 52 years, after the late Prime Minister Menderes period, which succeeded to remain in power for a second term by increasing its percentages. Addressing AKPs supporters after his success last night, Mr Erdogan said that the people voted for democracy, that their responsibilities increased and that the nation decided to go ahead in security and stability.

According to the paper, the results caused disappointment and confusion in the CHP. The chairman of the CHP, Deniz Baykal watched the results from his residence and did no go to the headquarters of the party. The CHP supporters shouted slogans calling Mr Baykal to resign. The general secretary of the party, Onder Sav replied to these slogans noting that we shall do what is required by the failure; being in the main opposition is also a duty.

Furthermore, the chairman of the MHP, Devlet Bahceli said that the AKP was given the possibility by the people to come alone into power for a second term and added that the will of the people should be respected. Mr Bahceli noted that it is understood that important duties fall on the MHP in the new period and promised that they will exert efforts to fulfil this duty with responsibility.

AFRIKA refers to the results of the elections and reports that the hopes of the nationalist front which dreamed of returning to power in the occupied areas of Cyprus died down after these results. The paper notes that the crowd which gathered in front of the AKP headquarters to celebrate their victory shouted slogans such as President of the Republic Gul and The Cankaya (presidential residency) belongs to Gul and will belong to Gul.

In the city of Rize together of the two MPs of the AKP, which received 55 % of the votes, the former Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz was elected as independent MP.

Furthermore, AFRIKA notes that Akin Birdal, well-known supporter of the human rights, was elected as independent MP in Diyarbakir. Another candidate who is elected as independent MP is Sebahat Tuncel, who is currently in prison and was supported by the Democratic Society Party (DTP). President Sezers son-in-law, Mr Kisaciklioglu, who was candidate with the CHP in Ankara, failed to be elected.

The paper reports also that as soon as the results began to become definite, the chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Mehmet Agar announced his resignation. The DP received 5.43 % and failed to enter into the TGNA.

KIBRIS publishes the names of all 28 independent MPs. Former co-chairwoman of the DTP, Aysel Tugluk and the chairman of the Freedom and Solidarity Party (ODP), Ufuk Uras are among the elected. The vast majority of the independents come from East or South East Turkey.

YENI DUZEN, under the banner headlines The AKP swept away, notes that Erdogan stated after the results that the foreign policy they have been following until today will continue without any changes. We will remain firm for gaining friends not for creating enemies, he noted. Writing in the same paper, Sami Ozuslu comments on the elections under the title The victory of the AKP = EU vision.

The other newspapers cover the issue under the following front-page titles:

    HALKIN SESI: Second AKP period

    GUNES: The AKP alone!

VOLKAN: Another five years with the AKP, Surprising result in the elections in Turkey

VATAN: Turkey conducted its elections; The AKP is again alone

SOZCU: Turkey said: We continue with the AKP

BAKIS: The AKP won, What will those, who were waiting for the 22nd of July in Cyprus, do now?

STAR KIBRIS: It shook the ballot box. The paper reports that the self-styled prime minister Soyer congratulated the AKP for its victory and the CHP and MHP for their contribution to democracy. Mr Soyer reminded that he had said that those who write different scenarios in the occupied areas regarding those elections would be mistaken. Those who thought that chaos would be created in the TRNC according to the results of the elections tried to do the biggest harm to this country. Thanks God, they were mistaken, he said.

[03] A 40-member delegation from Hessen will reportedly visit the occupied areas of Cyprus in autumn with a direct flight by a private airplane

Turkish Cypriot daily KIBRIS newspaper (23.07.07) reports that Ozan Ceyhun, former member of the European Parliament has stated that the Turkish Cypriots should not be emotional on the issue of the EU, which has not fulfilled its promises and that they should act with patience and find the way to make the EU do what it should do.

Responding to illegal TAK news agencys questions, Mr Ceyhun said that the lobbying activities of the Turkish Cypriots should be carried on in the EU and noted that instead of opening representations in Qatar and Kuwait or inviting delegations from these countries, the Turkish Cypriots should open tourism centres or representations in five EU countries.

Mr Ceyhun, who is visiting the occupied areas of the island for vacations, said that the Summit of the Deputies of Turkish origin in Europe about Cyprus which was held last April aimed at creating activity in the lobbying efforts in Europe, at better explaining the TRNC reality and at making this reality being understood better.

He noted that their first target is the creation of a working group of MPs of Turkish origin in Berlin. He noted that this group will be coordinating the activities in Berlin and added that the breakaway regime could offer support to this group by opening a representation in the German capital and other EU countries.

Mr Ceyhun said: Units should be opened which will be fulfilling the duty of representation at least as successful as the Israelis, the Northern Iraqis and the Palestinians do. I do not know whether or not their name could be tourism office or cultural centre.

He described as very important the relation which the self-styled speaker of the assembly, Mrs Fatma Ekenoglu and prime minister Soyer established with the democrats and the Christian democrats during their recent visits to Germany. He noted that the fact that Soyer was received by the prime minister of the federal state of Hessen as prime minister was a very meaningful and great event for a non-recognised country like the TRNC.

Mr Ceyhun noted that such visits could take place to Belgium as well. He noted that Soyer held contacts on the issue of the direct flights and visited three airports in Germany. He said that he is undertaking an initiative for the beginning of direct flights from Hessen to the occupied areas of Cyprus.

Mr Ceyhun noted that an agreement was reached on the issue of a visit of a 40-member delegation from Hessen to the occupied areas in autumn with a direct flight by a private airplane. Members of the parliament, businessmen and the governor of the province will be participating in the delegation. He said that the establishment of a Turkish-German Businessmen Association was decided, because Germany should know where and how the investments will come here.

[04] Two Italian politicians who came to the island for the celebrations of the Turkish invasion, applied for the TRNC citizenship

Illegal BAYRAK television (21.07.07) broadcast the following:

Two Italian politicians have applied for citizenship of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The two Italian politicians were in the Republic for the 20th of July Peace and Freedom Day Celebrations.

The Italian Parliamentarian and a former member of the European Parliament, Maurizo Turco and Merco Perduca, a member of the Transnational Radical Party applied for the TRNC citizenship.

While paying a visit to the deputy Prime Minister Foreign Minister Turgay Avci, the two men explained their reasons their wish wanting to become a TRNC citizen.

Mr. Marco Perduca said that they had been invited to visit the Republic by local authorities to see the current situation on the island and had found the opportunity to see for themselves, listen and understand the people of the island.

Noting that the European Union has failed to treat the two sides on the island equally, and keep its promise to the Turkish Cypriot people, Mr. Perduca said it is obvious that the European Institutions instead of working towards finding a political solution to the Cyprus issue are waiting for the Turkish Cypriot sides economy to collapse.

Explaining that the Radical Party is not used to only give its support verbally, Mr. Perduca said this is why they have decided to become citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The aim of our citizenship is not to create provocation but to show to the EU citizens that the Turkish Cypriot people is the side that desires a comprehensive solution to the Cyprus problem and proved this by their yes vote to the Annan plan, he added.

Noting that they were not in Cyprus to support the one side or the other, Mr. Perduca said that an end must be put to the international isolation of the Turkish Cypriot people and called for the restart of high level political dialogue in order to find a federal solution to the Cyprus problem.

Establishing a federal state for two peoples with different religious and linguistic backgrounds will send a strong message to the Middle East and Mediterranean area, he added.

Mr. Perduca and Mr. Turco handed over the forms they filled out for the TRNC citizenship to the Foreign Minister Turgay Avci.

Upon accepting their papers, Mr. Avci said that the necessary procedure will be followed and added that the Turkish Cypriot peoples struggle to unite with the world will continue.

[05] Erdogan: There are two entities in Cyprus and we will make no compromise on the gains of the Turkish citizens in Cyprus

Turkish ATV Channel (19.07.2007) broadcast an interview with Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the live program entitled Election Showground. Following are abstracts from the interview:

Urged to comment on Turkey's EU process, Erdogan notes that more than 50% of Turkey's population is still in favor of Turkey's EU membership. The EU process continues, but there are problems regarding whether or not the EU will accept our membership, stresses Erdogan, adding that the EU imposes pressure on Turkey regarding Cyprus, but that Turkey will not make any concessions from the gains of the Turkish citizens in Cyprus. Drawing attention to Merkel's recent statement to the effect that 'it was a mistake to accept the EU membership of south Cyprus,' Erdogan stresses that by accepting the membership of south Cyprus, the EU has actually violated its own criteria. Stating that there are two entities in Cyprus and that the Turkish Republic recognizes the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, KKTC, Erdogan draws attention to the territorial disputes in Cyprus and notes that it is impossible for south Cyprus to represent the entire Cyprus in the EU. 'What about the north,' asks Erdogan, adding: 'How can you define it as Cyprus? You should define it as 'south Cyprus.' This is the mistake. There is no country such as Cyprus. There is the South Cyprus Greek Cypriot Administration and the KKTC. The EU may define this state differently, but we do not accept this definition. Unfortunately they constantly place these issues before us as pretexts, but we are waging a diplomatic struggle'.

[06] Soyer promotes the illegal universities in Istanbul

Illegal BAYRAK television (21.07.07) broadcast the following:

Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer has stressed that one way to deal with the Cyprus problem is to maintain political development; and another is to achieve economic, social and cultural development.

The Premier stated that the educational development and the promotion of the universities in the TRNC are vital for the Turkish Cypriot Peoples struggle to put an end to its international isolation.

Prime Minister Soyers words came during his speech at the press conference in Istanbul today which was held under the title The TRNC: The island of education.

Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer flew to Istanbul this morning to attend an event organized by the Higher Education, Planning, Evaluation, Accreditation and Corporation Council (YODAK).

Speaking at the press conference regarding the universities in the Republic, Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer reminded that it was emphasized in the UN reports earlier that the most unfair part of the international isolation over the Turkish Cypriot People is the isolation on its educational sector.

The TRNC universities keep growing and continuing isolation on education is unacceptable. Universities in the TRNC are contributing to the Turkish Cypriot Peoples existence he said.

Mr Soyer also announced that a protocol has been signed with the Istanbul Technical University in Turkey to open a campus of the university in the TRNC and added that this will lead to another turning point in the TRNCs educational sector.

The Premier said the tourism sector is supporting the educational sector and that the Greek Cypriot Administration is highly disturbed by the fact that the Turkish Cypriot People continues its economic development.

Prime Minister Soyer added that promoting the economic development in the Republic will bring momentum to the solution of the Cyprus problem which will be mutually acceptable.

[07] Messages on the celebrations for the anniversary of the 20 July 1974 Turkish invasion and occupation

Illegal BAYRAK television (20.07.07) broadcast the following:

President Mehmet Ali Talat delivered a speech marking the significance of the 20th of July Turkish Peace Operation at the ceremony that was held at the Dr. Fazil Kucuk Boulevard.

During his speech he noted that the Greek Cypriot leadership keeps on repeating that the Cyprus issue is a mere issue the of so-called Turkish Military occupation of the island.

He said the fact that this is a wrong interpretation is obvious not only to Cypriots but also to the whole world.

He asked: Did the Turkish military all of a sudden, without any reason come to the island? How can anyone deny those endless skirmishes, genocide, migration and thousands of different acts of violence survived by the Turkish Cypriot people?

The coup on the 15th of July 1974 lead by Nikos Sampson and supported by the Greek Junta not only overthrew Makarios but also declared Cyprus as a Hellenic State. In that Hellenic State there was no place for Turkish Cypriots, he added.

President Talat continued by saying that in fact the main source of the Cyprus issue is this unrealistic aspiration, which had nothing to do with the realities of life. The present Greek Cypriot leadership does not even acknowledge the existence of Turkish Cypriots, let alone there rights in Cyprus.

He said so long as the discourse Turkish Invasion and the indifference towards the longstanding sufferings of Turkish Cypriots continue, how can confidence and cooperation between the two sides be established let alone achieving a comprehensive solution.

The Greek Cypriot side still perceives the island as Hellenic and perceives us as a secondary element, a foreign enemy having no right in the ownership of Cyprus, said the President adding that the No vote to the Annan Plan is tantamount to saying No to Turkish Cypriots.

The Greek Cypriot side is trying to dissolve the Turkish Cypriots in a Hellenized Republic of Cyprus and they call this osmosis, he added.

President Talat noted that it was unfortunate that the policy carried out by Greek Cypriots were finding ground in the EU because of its purported membership of South Cyprus in the name of the whole island.

If the EU chooses to defend Turkish Cypriot trade through Greek Cypriot ports instead of direct trade, and prevent football matches taking place this only serves the aim of osmosis, he added.

If the aim is to really achieve a comprehensive solution to the Cyprus problem then the European Union and the United Nations should not tolerate the Greek Cypriot policy or osmosis.

He said the message that the Turkish Cypriot people will not be kept under isolations is the only thing that will persuade the Greek Cypriot side to take concrete steps towards a solution. This is why the struggle for the withdrawal of the isolation of the Turkish Cypriots is a struggle for peace and solution and not a secessionist struggle.

President Talat noted that the Turkish Peace operation was carried out in line with its rights stemming from its rights as a guarantor and added that the 20th of July was a historic turning point paving the way for a solution, friendship, equality and a common faith in Cyprus.

He also said that it wasnt right to pass time by pretending that negotiations are taking place, just for the sake of preventing the further deterioration of relations between the sides in Cyprus, especially when the Turkish Cypriot people are in such a desperate need for a comprehensive solution.

This affects both communities negatively and that is why the Turkish Cypriot side is insisting on the 8th of July process, he added stressing that we will not allow the Greek Cypriot side to turn this process into a time consuming one.

He called on the Greek Cypriot side to return to the negotiating table to find a lasting and comprehensive solution to the Cyprus problem.

President Talat concluded his speech by expressing his gratitude to the martyrs who gave their lives and veterans who did everything they could to protect and create a better life for all Turkish Cypriots.

On the same issue, Illegal BAYRAK television (20.07.07) broadcast the following:

The Turkish Minister of State Deputy Prime Minister Abdullatif Sener represented Turkey at this years celebrations in the Republic.

Addressing the public at the state ceremony in the capital Lefkosia, Mr. Sener said that Turkey is continuing its efforts towards finding a comprehensive solution to the Cyprus problem based on the realities of the island.

In Cyprus when you look at it in political terms, there are two politically equal peoples, two states and two democracies. We are escalating our efforts towards finding a comprehensive solution that takes these aspects into reality, he added.

Noting that the international community, had before the 2004 referendum, promised to remove the 40 years of unjust embargoes against the Turkish Cypriot people, Mr. Sener stated that these promises had not yet been fulfilled and the Turkish Cypriot people had been deceived.

Explaining that it was due to the Greek Cypriots intransigent attitude that the non solution of the Cyprus problem is continuing, the Turkish Minister of State called on the international community to keep its promises to the Turkish Cypriot people.

Expressing the hope that the economic development will continue in the Republic, Mr. Sener said that although the Turkish Cypriot people have been under heavy and unjust embargoes for many years, they have managed to prosper with the help of Turkey.

He concluded by saying that Turkey will continue to ensure that the Turkish Cypriot people will continue to live in peace and prosperity.

Furthermore, Ankara ANATOLIA news agency (20.07.07) reports the following from Ankara:

"There are two politically equal nations, two democracies and two states in Cyprus. A resolution based on this fact will secure peace in the island. We expect that international community will take notice of this fact," Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer said on Friday.

President Sezer sent a message to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) President Mehmet Ali Talat to mark the 33rd anniversary of the (Turkish) Cyprus Peace Operation.

Recalling that despite isolations that Turkish Cypriots have faced there has been growth in TRNC economy thanks to solidarity between Turkey and TRNC, Sezer stressed that these restrictions must be ended.

"Turkey will keep contributing to efforts aiming at a comprehensive solution in the island and supporting UN Secretary General's mission of good offices," he stressed.

[08] Illegal BRTs Director resigns in order to receive post in the so-called Presidential Office

Illegal BAYRAK television (21.07.07) broadcast the following:

The Director of Bayrak Radio and Television Corporation Huseyin Gursan has announced his resignation.

In a press conference he gave to announce his resignation, Mr. Gursan said the reason why he resigned from his post as Director of the BRT was because he would be starting a new duty at the Presidential Office.

Noting that he had not come under any pressure during his 41 months in office, Mr. Gursan said during his period as Director he had done everything in his power to improve the standards at the Corporation.

Explaining that he would be leaving the corporation after taking a months leave, Mr. Gursan thanked everyone who supported him during his duty.

Upon being asked a question regarding his new post at the Presidential Office and who would be replacing him, Mr. Gursan said that he didnt know who would be filling his position and added that he would be announcing his new post at the Presidential office in the near future.

[09] Swiss Deputy will protest to FIFA and UEFA regarding the cancellation of the football match between Centikaya and Luton

Turkish Cypriot daily KIBRIS newspaper (22.07.07) reports that Hasan Kanber, deputy in the Basel Canton of Switzerland, who is currently in the occupied areas of the Republic of Cyprus for the celebrations of the 33rd anniversary of the Turkish invasion, said that he has found a good opportunity to understand very well the realities in Cyprus. Noting that he will take the issue regarding the cancellation of the football match between Centikaya and Luton Town to FIFA and UEFA, he added that he will give his personal support to the occupation authorities on this issue.

Furthermore, Murat Kalmis, member of the Free Democrat Party and Vice president of the Delmerhost Group of Germany, said that sports and politics are two different things. Mr Kalmis, who is also visiting the occupied areas of the Republic of Cyprus, criticized the incident of the football match and added that he will bring next year in the occupied areas of the Republic Cyprus the football team where he is the manager, for playing a game.
