"It is important for us to welcome the first citizen of the Republic of Cyprus to the Knesset. [02] President Anastasiades continues meetings in IsraelPresident of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades continues his meetings in Israel on Tuesday, in the context of his three-day working visit to the country.In the morning, President Anastasiades will meet with Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos III, at the Jerusalem Patriarchate, and will attend a working lunch hosted in his honour by Israeli President Shimon Peres. President Anastasiades and the Cypriot delegation will then travel to Tel Aviv, where the President will address a Business Forum organised by the Israeli Chamber of Commerce and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. [04] Consumer Price Index in Cyprus shows decreaseThe Consumer Price Index for April 2013 decreased by 0,58 units or 0,48% to 119,69 units compared to 120,27 in March 2013.According to an official press release, "this is mainly due to decreases in the prices of electricity, certain fresh vegetables, petroleum products and rents".
