[01] Panama wishes Cyprus success in difficult economic timesPanama has expressed support and wishes for success "during these difficult economic times the government of Cyprus is facing," new Ambassador of the Republic of Panama, stationed in Athens, Aymard H. Jimenez Granda has said.Presenting his credentials to President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades, Granda also said "Panama supports the efforts made by the government of the Republic of Cyprus for a solution towards the reunification of the country." Granda added that "we look forward to continuing the friendly diplomatic relations between our two nations and to further strengthening those bonds in other areas in ways that will bring our nations and our people closer." [04] FM issues travel advice for KoreaThe Foreign Ministry has issued a travel advice for the citizens of the Republic of Cyprus who are residents or intend to visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, due to increased tension in the Korean Peninsula.According to a press release by the Foreign Ministry, taking into account the increased tensions on the Korean Peninsula, the citizens of the Republic of Cyprus are advised to avoid non essential travel to the country and in the event of their presence there, to follow local or international news reports on the political and other developments and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website as well as the Facebook page of Crisis Management Department which is linked to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs homepage.
