[01] Cyprus continues games against Benin in Davis Cup
Cyprus` national tennis team continues its games on Saturday for the
second day against Benin, for the relegation play-offs of the Davis Cup,
at the National Tennis Centre in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The doubles game on Saturday, which will begin at 1500 local time (1200
GMT), is considered imporant. Marcos Baghdatis and Rares Cuzdriorean
will attempt to beat Alexis Klegou and Magloire Yakpa, bringing Cyprus
one step away from staying in the second division of the World Cup.
On Friday, the first day of the Cyprus-Benin games, the result was 1-1,
as Marcos Baghdatis beat Jean Segodo 3-0 set, and Petros Chrysochos lost
to Alex Klegou 3-1 set.
