Cyprus Police remain on alert on Monday, following Sunday's second round of presidential elections.

Police Spokesman Andreas Angelides told CNA that the Police are fully satisfied with yesterday's operation to secure a smooth election process.

Angelides said that a crisis centre will operate today if necessary, like yesterday, and traffic will be monitored in the capital Nicosia and all other cities. He expressed hope that there will be no problems.
