[01] European Youth Olympic Festival games begin on MondayThe opening ceremony of the 12th European Youth Olympic Festival was held on Sunday, in Utrecht, the Netherlands, at Galgenwaard stadium, which has a capacity of 24,000 spectators, and on Monday the games begin.Cyprus was twelfth in the opening parade, with athletics athlete Skevi Andreou holding the country`s flag.
