[01] TRADE STATISTICS - JANUARY-OCTOBER 2009
Total imports/arrivals (covering total imports from third countries and
arrivals from other member states) in January-October 2009 amounted to
4.698,9 mn Euro as compared to 6.256,6 mn Euro in January-October 2008,
according to the Statistical Service`s monthly report ``Intra-Extra E.U
Trade Statistics (Summarised Data)`` for October 2009.
Total exports/dispatches (covering total exports to third countries and
dispatches to other member states) in January-October 2009 were 804.5
mn Euro compared to 986,1mn Euro in January-October 2008. The trade
deficit was 3.894,4 mn Euro in January-October 2009 compared to 5.270,6
mn Euro in January-October 2008.
