His comment came before a joint meeting with Turkish Cypriot leader Rauf Denktash, in the context of the ongoing UN-led talks. Denktash has repeatedly said in the past few days that he would not be attending the enlarged talks. Winds will be Notheasterly to Southeasterly moderate 4bf and locally in the afternoon up to fresh 5bf. The sea ste will be slight to moderate. Temperatures will rise to 22 Celsius in the inland plain, 20 Celsius on the coast and 16 Celsius over the mountains. At night the winds will be North to Northeasterly 3 to 4 bf and the sea state slight. Minimum temperature at night will be in the range of 8 to 10 Celsius. On Wednesday, the weather will be mainly fine with some cloud at times. Winds from the Northeast to Southeast 3 to 4 bf and locally up to 5 bf. Sea state slight to moderate. Temperatures will be slightly higher than Tuseday's.
