the document given to the Greek and Turkish Cypriot sides by UN Secretary-

[03] Foreign Minister - Islamic Conference
Paphos, Nov 11 (CNA) - Foreign Minister, Ioannis Kasoulides, has described
Qatar's refusal to include an official Cyprus government delegation to the
Islamic Conference, as observers, as a
"non-friendly action".
Asked last night on his return to Cyprus from Geneva to comment on the
Qatari government's decision, Kasoulides said Turkey finally chose to
obstruct the presence of the Republic of Cyprus at
the Conference, "because she cannot tackle the force of our arguments" and
thus resorts "to such means".
