London, Apr 14 (CNA) -- British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook has stressed
that his country will make a special effort to achieve progress in the
third round of UN-led proximity talks on Cyprus.
Cook was speaking to the press after a meeting with the new Secretary
General of the Commonwealth Don McKinnon who said the improvement of
relations between Greece and Turkey will "percolate down the Cyprus issue".
