S a r a j e v o, Nov. 5 (Tanjug) - The Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina discussed on Tuesday in Sarajevo the report of a Working Group on organizing the Council of Ministers, but did not reach agreement either on the structure of the joint Council or on the post of its Chairman.

A statement issued at the end of this, fifth, Session of the three-member Presidency says only that talks would continue at the next Session.

The joint Ministerial Council will comprise five Ministers and a Chairman.

The Presidency discussed a report drawn up by Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic on staffing the Foreign Ministry, the Embassies and the Consulates of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and exchanged views on a preliminary basis on assigning various posts in line with the Constitution.

The Presidency also discussed the preparations for the forthcoming International Conference on Bosnia to be held on November 14. in Paris and entrusted the Working Group created earlier to prepare for its next Session a draft joint Platform for the Conference.

This has not happened, and there have even been more arrests of Republika Srpska citizens crossing the territory of the Muslim-Croat Federation, Krajisnik wrote.
