BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic thinks that the constituting session of the National Assembly should be held on December 23, after which would be formed the new government, out of professionals. She confirmed at the press conference in Banja Luka that with the president of FR Yugoslavia /FRY/ Slobodan Milosevic in Belgrade she talked about "implementation of the electoral results", and that it is concluded that it is necessary as soon as possible to constitute the Assembly of RS.

BELGRADE - The Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ and radicals together will work in National Assembly and Government of RS, and the talks with the socialists are under way - stated in Belgrade the president of SDS Presidency Aleksa Buha and the leader of radicals Vojislav Seselj. At the press conference after the talks of the highest political representatives of SDS and radicals about the key issues related with the destiny of RS said that socialists are the third party which will be jointed to SDS and radicals.

BELGRADE - The leader of the radicals Vojislav Seselj is content with the Agreement on citizenship between FR Yugoslavia /FRY/ and B&H, but doubts that in question is "the finesse before the second round of the presidential elections in Serbia", in which, besides him, participate also the signatory of the Agreement the minister of the Foreign Affairs of FRY Milan Milutinovic.

BELGRADE - The democratic party thinks that signing the Agreement on double citizenship between Yugoslavia and B&H is only the political marketing of the Socialistic party of Serbia /SPS/ before the second round of the presidential elections. "SPS was ready on such steps only because political propaganda, i.e. for another benefit before the presidential elections" - is said in the announcement of DS.

VUKOVAR - The president of the Independent Democratic Serbian Party /SDSS/ Vojislav Stanimirovic greeted the signing of the Agreement on double citizenship of FR Yugoslavia and B&H and expressed the expectation that this Agreement will be signed also between Belgrade and Zagreb. "It gives us a hope that soon will be signed similar agreement between Croatia and Yugoslavia, so the Serbian people who live here and wish to have Yugoslavian citizenship could realise that", said Stanimirovic for SRNa.

BANJA LUKA - In Banja Luka was held second constituting meeting of opposition parties of social-democratic orientation which act in the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H /FB&H/. It was talked about the ways of implementation of conclusions of Bonn Conference, implementation of the local elections and elections for National Assembly of RS and possibilities of participating of oppositional parties in the bodies for implementation of Dayton Agreement.

BANJA LUKA - The president of the Party of independent social-democrats of RS Milorad Dodik thinks that "left forces in B&H should not cooperate with nationalistic parties". According to him, "the parties of the left orientation should break all cooperation with nationalists for the sake of more efficacious implementation of the Dayton Agreement".

PALE - The Italian brigade of SFOR granted the bus for transportation of school children to the Municipal Assembly of Pale - confirmed for SRNA the president of the Municipal Assembly Predrag Lasica. The directors of the primary school "Pale" and Secondary school centre, and representatives of "Romanijaprevoz" /transport corporation/ will agree about the lines where is necessary to improve the transportation of pupils.

NEVESINJE - The Spanish non-governmental humanitarian organisation "MPDL" delivered for the most socially vulnerable inhabitants of Nevesinje 1,800 packages of food and hygienic articles.

SARAJEVO - The mayor of the Serbian Sarajevo Mirko Sarovic opened on Jahorina mountain the Second international chess master tournament, which will last until December 24, along with participation of ten masters and two international masters from RS, FRY and world.

SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik stated in Pale for Serbian media that the Agreement on double citizenship is in accordance with Dayton Agreement, which requires that such kind of Agreement can conclude B&H, but not entity. "The Dayton agreement clearly says that citizens of B&H, what means Serbs too, can have the double citizenship, if B&H signs the bilateral agreement with respective country, in this case Yugoslavia", explained Krajisnik stressing that "it is the only credible and meritorious explanation of Dayton agreement according to which such rights are established on the relation B&H - Yugoslavia".

BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Biljana Plavsic never before gave the interview to the media from Federation B&H /FB&H/, and alleged exclusive interview in the last issue of the Sarajevo news "Ljiljan" is pure counterfeit and the confirmation of the filthy media campaign in which all means are being used - it was announced from the Cabinet of the president. "Searching for the exclusive information the journalists frequently use the arbitrary conclusions, but it is never heard to public completely false and nonexistent interview" - is stated in the announcement.

BANJA LUKA - The vice-president of the Serbian National Union /SNS/ Ostoja Knezevic thinks that temporarily is impossible to make a coalition of this party and Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/. According to him, it is impossible because SDS produced all previous negative things and the crisis because of what the discontent members of SDS formed SNS. In an interview for the double issue of "Serbian voice" he expressed the doubt and possibility of forming the coalition of three parties in the future parliament of RS.

SARAJEVO - Whether the Bonn Conference confirmed that the will of the people at the early parliamentary elections in RS, is of no value if it is not simultaneously the will of international community, because, judging in accordance to the statements of Serbian representatives and political leaders, "in Bonn escalated the pressures with the aim of depriving RS of its sovereignty /stateship/"? The special attention was drawn by leaving Serbian and Yugoslavian delegation before the end of the Conference because including the issue of Kosovo and Metohija into the final declaration. The text "Kosovo case - the parachute for more flexible protectorate in B&H" of the SRNA journalist Daliborka Kapuran deals with the domestic reactions after the Bonn's summit.

VLASENICA - At the two days session of the Business Council JODP "Serbian Post of RS " in Vlasenica was concluded that despite many problems in business and organisation of overall work in postal traffic in RS is significantly improved, along with the increased efficaciousness of overall business. The representatives of the postal organisations analysed overall work in this year, discussed the plans of development for next year and were acquainted with the details of the contract on business cooperation with Yugoslav PTT /post,telegraph,telephone/, by which will the already successful cooperation of postmen of RS and FR Yugoslavia get the sound legal form.

SARAJEVO - NATO-forces in B&H organised the start-up of the first freight train on the relation Sarajevo-Meinheim.

VISEGRAD - To president of the Municipal Assembly Visegrad Aleksandar Savic and deputy mayor of the Greek city Komatinia Vavatsiklis Anastasios signed in Visegrad the protocol on economic, cultural, and sport cooperation between two cities.
