BANJALUKA - The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic talked in Banjaluka with the Bulgarian Ambassador to B&H Marko Markov about the relations between these two countries and implementation of the Dayton Agreement. The Bulgarian Ambassador informed the President Plavsic about conclusions of recently held summit of the Middle-European Initiative in Sarajevo and last monthly Crete Conference of the chiefs of the Balkans states.

SARAJEVO - The technique results of the elections for the National Assembly should be confirmed at the next meeting of PEC on Sunday, December 7 - stated a member of PEC from RS Slobodan Kovac. According to him this has been settled at today's regular meeting of PEC in Sarajevo, which has been presided by the Ambassador Richard Elerkman. He also presented the data that the Coalition for Unitary and Democratic B&H has forwarded a complaint to the Appeal Election Sub-Commission on account of his decision that only the ballots from abroad with stamps of dates until November 24, including that date too, would be considered as valid.

SARAJEVO - Not even on the fifth continuation of the session of the House of the Representatives in the building of the National Museum in the federal part of Sarajevo the Laws of the Passports and citizenship were not passed."We have tried to reconcile opinions and find a solution at the Staff, especially because yesterday the representatives of the International Community, MR Carlos Westendorp, MR Jacks Klain and MR Hans Schumacher negotiated with the members of the B&H Presidency and announced possible solutions for the Law of the Passports", said the presiding officer of the House of the Representatives Slobodan Bijelic, but the representatives of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) remain their attitude that the sign Republika Srpska (RS) on the cover of the future passport should be half the size of the sign B&H.

SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik and the vice-governor of the Central Bank of B&H Ljubisa Vladusic in the talks with the Governor of the Central Bank Peter Nicol brought closer the attitudes about the design of Convertible Mark. All previous attitudes and discussions about the monetary unit - the convertible mark, which will have two designs, are much closer now - assessed MR Vladusic after the meeting. According to him all controversial elements concerning the ideological solution of design are practically removed for RS, and it is expected that in the Federation of B&H the Croats and Muslim will find the common solution for the design of currency soon.

SREBRENICA - The results of the local elections in the Municipality Srebrenica have been framed, said the President of the Municipal Board of SDS in Srebrenica Momcilo Cvjetinovic after the meeting with the assistant of the Chief of OSCE Mission in B&H Richard Elerkman. He claims that Muslim deceived the OSCE in the local elections, and did the same also with the votes from abroad in the elections for the RS Parliament.

BANJALUKA - The members of the RS State Commission for Exchange of Prisoners of War and Civil, with the doctor pathologist Zeljko Karan as the head, and relatives and fellow soldiers have identified in Banjaluka the bodies of three soldiers of RS Army killed in battles on Ozren in 1995. Janko (Ivan) Senicki, born in 1962, from Gradiska, Janko (Stojan) Jankovic, born in 1953, from Teslic, and Milutin (Sretko) Dokic, born in 1956, from Doboj are identified.

BELGRADE - Experience has taught us that RS can not expect anything good from the International community at the Conference in Bonn - said the RS Senator to Belgrade Dragos Kalajic. He thinks that the it is about extraordinary anti-European and anti- Christian politics against the orthodox people from Athens to Moscow, and that the RS destiny depends a far more on the coalition of patriotic powers - the Serbian Democratic Party, Radicals and Socialists - than on the Bonn Conference.

DOBOJ - The Prime-minister of the Federation of B&H (FB&H) Edhem Bicakcic stated on his arrival from Hungary, where he had business negotiations in the name of the Government, that FB&H will find strength and break free from vassal subjugation to Croatia. According to his explanation, turnover in relationship between FB&H and Croatia happened because the merchandise from FB&H is not finding the customers in Croatia and because Croats have refused to except a contract of rental of the Port Ploce for 99 years, as it has been agreed.

MOSTAR - After more than two months of clashes between the Mostar Croats and Muslim because of constituting of authorities of the town and a big pressure of the International Community, Safet Orucevic was elected for the mayor of Mostar, and Ivan Prskalo for his deputy.

MOSTAR - In Capljina, Stoce, Bugojno and Uskoplje, towns in FB&H territory, OSCE has many problems because the Croats are refusing to realise the September elections and constitute the municipal authorities - reports the Croatian Radio of Herzeg- Bosnia. The spokesman of the OSCE in Mostar David Folly said that the representatives of the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) were not present at the last session of the Municipal Board of Bugojno, and called the representatives of HDZ of Bugojno to implement elections results, reminding them on agreement between SDA and HDZ, which has not been accepted by the Croats from Bugojno.

MOSTAR - The president and vice-president of FB&H Vladimir Soljic and Ejub Ganic and the deputy of the High Representative for B&H Hans Schumacher required the urgent financial aid of the International Community, so that the plan for repatriation of refugees would be totally implemented in the territory of Middle- Bosnia county. According to Schumacher this request, presented at a conference for small donations in Sarajevo, was approved by majority, though it was not about concrete resources.

SREBRENICA - The election results in Srebrenica should be revoked and repeated, because the OSCE imposes their implementation, though they have been framed, by threatening that it will bring a person who would completely realise the results - said the president of this municipality Stanko Rakic after the meeting with the deputy of the Chief of the OSCE Mission Richard Elerkman. According to him, Elerkman informed at that meeting the representatives of the Municipality of Srebrenica that "if they do not want to cooperate, the Muslim majority will be sufficient for making decisions in the new session of the City Assembly.

BELGRADE - The associate of the Institute for geopolitical studies in Belgrade Milos Knezevic considers that "announced talks in Bonn are one more sign of preparation for revision of the Dayton Agreement" and an attempt of "depriving of State". "The situation on the territory of former Bosnia is not fulfilling enough the American establishment and the Western allies, mostly because of slowness and problems in the implementation of regulations of the Agreement", said Knezevic adding that "it is, off course, about one-sided interpreting of those Dayton regulations which proved too narrow scope for the planned depriving of RS".

BELGRADE - The UNHCR warned all refugees, who have a residence in Serbia or Montenegro since April of 1992 that the term for making a request for citizenship of Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) is expiring on January 1,1998. UNHCR reminds that the Law of citizenship is making difference between two groups of citizens of former Yugoslavia - in the first group are the persons who have a residence in Serbia or Montenegro since April 27,1992, and who, according to the Article 47 of the Law of Citizenship, automatically acquire citizenship if they have submitted a request before January 1, 1998, while other group consists of citizens of former Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRJ), and who have because national, religious or political reasons, and because of respecting of human rights an freedom, looked for shelter in FRY.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Democratic Party for Banjaluka and Krajina Nikola Spiric called the RS President Biljana Plavsic to "explain to the people if her yesterday's meeting with the chiefs of the French and German diplomacy was the continuation of the special Serbian politics, by which Serbian people want to be taken into the Unitary B&H". "We would not be surprised if MS Plavsic and her satellites would soon start talking that the institutions of the Republic and Serbian Radio-Television should not be in Banjaluka, but in Sarajevo, or that the building of the B&H Presidency should be divided into her office and the office of the FB&H President", thinks Spiric.

DERVENTA - The President of RS Syndicate Cedo Volas announced in Derventa that the Syndicate will request that from the next year the lowest price of work should be raised to 300 dinars. He denied accusations that this act of the Syndicate is undermining the political stability of RS and announced that he will soon offer the draft of proposed book of regulations on strike for public discussion "according to which workers will be able in the future to strike only in the field of economic and social rights".

SARAJEVO - The President of the Union of social-democrats of B&H (UBSD) Sajfudin Tokic accused the highest officials of SDA that their are partially responsible for crimes, made by the Muslim side during the war in B&H. On the occasion of revealing the crimes against Serbs in Sarajevo, UBSD has concluded that the elements of political responsibility bears not only the official of SDA Timur Mumic and the commander of the Tenth Mountain Brigade Musan Topalovic Caco, but Alija Izetbegovic too.

SARAJEVO - The members of SFOR assigned forces in the area of Zepca municipality after yesterday's incident when citizens of Croatian nationality made impossible holding of inaugural session of new-elected City Board and attacked journalists from the federal part of Sarajevo. Ten field soldiers, the members of SFOR, scattered few hundreds of Croatian citizens, who had attacked OSCE supervisors and two journalists.

DOBOJ - In Centre for privatisation in Doboj until December 5 , 37,459 or 49.95 % have registered, with the right on free division of state capital in the field of trade and hotel management, transportation,civil engineering and handicraft services. According to the manager of the Centre Smilja Momcilo, the interesting of citizens has been increased in these five day after the extension, so about 200 new persons are being registered daily.
