"Today we talked about administration of justice - a key problem, which is common for FB&H and RS" said Mrs. Plavsic and emphasised that the administration of justice is "a point of departure of everything." Mrs. Rehn reminded journalists that the Court system in RS and FB&H is something in what citizens should have a trust, and because of that the administration of justice had to be independent.BELGRADE - After the Serbs left Srebrenica which stayed ethnically clean - Muslim, Zivojin Jovanovic has spend 15 months in that town. BELGRADE - The Federal Republic Yugoslavia (FRY) Minister of Foreign Affairs, Milan Milutinovic demanded Belgrade's reentry in international organisations, but remarked that FRY will not hand over suspects for alleged war crimes. "We cannot hand over our citizens in Hague, because that is against our Constitution. We did not accepted that in the Dayton Agreement," said Milutinovic and called on creativity in resolving of that problem.
