BIJELJINA - The registering of citizens for free of charge division of shares in the privatisation of the social property in Republika Srpska /RS/ is being more intensified, which confirm 20,000 daily registered persons in 218 centres. The Director of the Office for privatisation Aleksa Milojevic stressed that almost all enterprises are organising registering their workers and members of their families for division of shares, and "the disabled veterans of war were not forbidden, their families and families of fallen soldiers, pensioners and other categories of population". The objective is to enable all citizens of RS to have a right on division of property. According to Mr. Milojevic, the division of shares would follow one month after registering.

NOVI GRAD - The entering of Moslems from Otoka into Novi Grad until 15,00 h did not happen, which was announced by the leadership of non existing Moslem municipality Bosanski Novi. The information about this provocation quickly leaked in public, and upset Serbian inhabitants of Novi Grad organised themselves and came on the announced time at the border site between Blatna and Otoka to prevent that.

BERLIN - The Hague discriminates Serbs and condemn racism, but in practice they have racist relation towards them, and it is the time to put finally on the trial the Hague Tribunal itself, warns the commentator of the Frankfurt's two-monthly "Novo" in the last issue. In the text is stated that British soldiers, on their way back home from the Falkland Islands 1982, on the golden necklaces had the cut ears of the Argentina's war prisoners.

ATHENS - The major part of the Greek press assess the election of Slobodan Milosevic for the president of FR Yugoslavia /FRY/, despite the accusations of the opposition that it has happened in the suspicious way, couldn't pass without the tacit support of international community. "Behind Milosevic's promotion from the post of the president of Serbia on the function of the first man in FRY is standing the international community, which still considers him as its main collocutor and guarantor of the Dayton agreement", are concluding the analysts and assessing:"No doubt that weaken Milosevic fits them mostly, because of the crisis on Kosovo and in Crna Gora, especially in RS, because in that way they can get from him easily what they want".
