The reason for this move is said to be the manipulation in the voters registration process which represents the violation of the Dayton Agreement Annex 3 Article 1.1.

BRCKO - The Municipal Board of the Association of Refugees and Displaced Persons in Brcko, gave its full support to the SDS, RS National Assembly, Government, VRS General Staff and the president in the B-H Presidency from RS, Momcilo Krajisnik, regarding the present political situation in the country.

HAMBURG - Reviewing the decision of the US Senate to stop operations against the war crimes indictees and cease actions regarding the exclusion of the RS president Biljana Plavsic from the SDS, the German "Welt" concludes that "the Serbian leader Radovan Karadzic could end the conflict with the West as a winner". In its editorial, the "Frankfurther Rhaundschau" estimates "Plavsic's readiness to go for a life or death battle, and her threat to have Radovan Karadzic arrested can easily divide RS into a 'Bosnian-Serb canton' within the integral B-H and Eastern republic as a 'emergency corridor' towards Yugoslavia". The "Spiegel" concludes that the conditions for a new "hunting season" became suddenly favourable since the West succeeded to place Plavsic as a counterbalance to Radovan Karadzic and his followers".

AMSTERDAM - The only thing the international community wants to create in the former Yugoslavia is the idea of unitary B-H, by way of weakening the entities' institutions, making them administrative regions.
