'The citizens are to bring appropriate identification cards with them to a nearby voter registration station where its staff will confirm their right to vote. BANJALUKA - According to unofficial data, some 19 political parties and a coalition block from RS confirmed their participation at the forthcoming elections in RS and the FB&H, which are scheduled for September 13 and 14.
