NEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

HAMBURG - The High Steering Court of German province Baden- Wuertenberg in the last instance have brought the verdict to ban the deportation of one Serbian from Germany to the Federation of B&H /F B&H/, because of still present ethnical intolerance on the territory of the former B&H. While explaining the verdict, whole conveyed by the daily "Frankfurter-Rundshau", the Council of the Steering Court concluded that the return of the members of one nation on the regions under the authority of another ethnical group is not possible, because of the obvious hatred among the three nations and negative stance of authorities, as the direct consequence of the generally present antagonism.

PARIS - The author Ivo Andric, as the Catholic, betrayed his own nation, because, after the First World War he has decided to recognise the dynasty of Karadjordjevic, to which he will serve until the end and because of his loyalty to Serbianship, had justified the crimes of "chetnics" /Serbian elite soldiers/ committed against Moslems in Eastern Bosnia. This claims Mustafa Ceman in the last issue of the Moslem news "Ljiljan" in his review on the renewal of the Islamic culture.

STOCKHOLM - The trial in Hague against Moslems and one Croatian for war crimes committed in B&H is less interesting than a process against Serbs probably because it doesn't fit in the simplified perceptions about Serbs as criminals and Moslems as victims, writes the Swedish news "Dages Niheter". "Already four weeks the Swedish prosecutor Eric Ostenberg is presenting, in the name of the Hague's Tribunal, the horrible charges against the chiefs of the detention camp Celebici, in which had been done the mass murders, torturing and raping of Serbian men and women", underlines the "Dages Niheter".

BANJA LUKA - The members of the team of the Commission for Exchange from RS, along with the help of the families, friends and comrade fighters, in Banja Luka identified the bodies of Radenko Vrhovac /27/ from Omarska near Prijedor and Luka Mionic

/50/ from Modrica killed in the battles on the mountain Ozren in the year 1995. "Regardless the difficulties in work and state of corpses, I am convinced that we shall identify all 29 Serbian soldiers which bodies were exchanged four days ago near Doboj" - said Stanislav Jakl, the district attorney of the Regional Court in Banja Luka.

TREBINJE - In the framework of the cultural manifestation "The Ducic's evenings of poetry", in Trebinje was held the literature-scientific assembly named "Fighters and defenders of the icons", dedicated to the personality and literary work of the recently died president of the Writer Association of Republika Srpska Nikola Koljevic. The president of the Council of "Ducic's evenings of poetry" Ljubomir Zukovic said that "nobody was Serbian, so noble and with dignity, as professor Koljevic".
