After the talks, Stainer briefly stated that it was "very effective discussion", and added that "president Plavsic promised investigation into the incident in Gajevi, where a number of houses were destroyed". Regarding the arrest of three Serbs, Steiner said that heads of agencies for settling of the zones of separation held meetings with leaders of the B-H Federation, who promised them that the case will be investigated.SARAJEVO - The president of the B-H Presidency, Momcilo Krajsinik, informed the ambassador of Vatican, monsignor Francisco Monerisi, of details of the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and Yugoslavia, signed on February 28. While expressing his wonder due to reactions the agreement caused with the Muslim leaders, Krajsinik underlined that the Agreement is in line with the Dayton agreement, and that the B-H Federation has already used its right to conclude a similar agreement with Croatia. SARAJEVO - The spokesman of the High representative Office, Colum Murphy, stated that the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and FR Yugoslavia has no any value, until is accepted by the B-H Parliamentarian Assmelby. At a press conference in Sarajevo, Colum Murphy assessed that it was a direct violation of the Dayton agreement, even though an explicit readiness of both sides to respect the territorial integrity of B-H was stated in the agreement. TREBINJE - The agreement on special parallel relations between RS and Yugoslavia has its importance for fostering and widening of economic cooperation of the two neighbouring countries, and will have an positive impact on RS economic recovery, assessed president of the Economic Chamber for Trebinje region, Savo Drinjak. SARAJEVO - The Muslim-Bosnjak Organisation believes that the Agreement on parallel relations between RS ad Yugoslavia "undoubtedly reveals Milosevic and Krajisnik's decision to persist on a concept of "Greater Serbia". SARAJEVO - The so-called Presidency of the Muslim Municipality of Banjaluka, based in Sanski Most, announced it would soon organise a Muslim mass entry into Banajluka, thus refusing UNHCR plan of limited return of refugees in the so-called security zones. This threat, as Muslim Radio-Sarajevo reports, was heard at the round table "Return of Refugees to Banjaluka", held last weekend in Sanski Most. MOSTAR - The Mostar mayor, Ivan Prskalo, stated that after the meeting with its deputy Safet Orucevic, and head of the High Representative Regional Office, Martin Garod, no concrete agreements were made, except some items of the agenda determined for the next meeting. MOSTAR - One person was severely injured when a vehicle with Croat plates was stoned in Mostar, reports Croat Radio-Herzeg- Bosnia.
