The attending were RS vice-president, Dragoljub Mirjanic, vice-president of the RS National assmelby, Nikola Poplasen, RS minister of interior, Dragan Kijac, as well as SFOR Commander, William Couch.

BANJLAUKA - A communique from the RS Presidential Cabinet denies an information that the high representative Carl Bildt asked the RS president Biljana Plavsic replacement of RS interior minister, Dragan Kijac. "There were no demands or pressures in that sense upon president Plavsic during her talks with Mr. Bildt", this was announced from RS Presidential Cabinet.

SARAJEVO - SFOR spokesman, major Tony White, confirmed that the SFOR mandate remained essentially the same as IFOR's, refusing to comment on some reports that these forces will proceed with the arrest of war crimes suspects, if special police forces have been formed. Being asked whether SFOR would join such forces, White answered that: "I cannot comment on political matters. Our mandate is not changed. You have to ask politicians about this issue".

SARAJEVO - The RS ministar of energetics and industry, Milorad Skoko, talked yesterday in Pale with representatives of Great Britain, Canada and Japan on their investemnts into projects in the Dayton B-H. For this year these three countries ensured 35,000,000 dollars for this purpose. "RS wants to direct funds to priorities, and these are at this moment the power production and distrubution", explained minister Skoko.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serb Party of the Krajina and Posavina, Predrag Lazarevic, stated that Brcko has a prior interest for RS and all political parties existing in it, especially in the view of the up-coming municipal elections. At a press conference in Banjaluka, Lazarevic stated that this Party would run at municipal elections independently, and that the coalition with other parties might be possible only after the elections.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Patriotic Party for RS (SPAS RS), Slavko Zupljanin, stated in Banjaluka that the solution for Eastern Slavonia must be sought in strict compliance with the Erdut Agreement and with insistence that the Serb District remains an undivided territory. "If it happens that the Serbs must, however, leave their homes, RS must open the door for them, especially for the working people" , explained Zupljanin.

BEOGRAD - A meeting of the Coalition "Togehter" is scheduled for 20:30 hrs where president of the Democratic party Zoran Djindjic will held a speech after his arrival from Vienna.

BEOGRAD - The president of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Vojislav Kostunica, stated that the latest decision of the Belgrade's First Municipal Court "postpones the solution of the crisis in Serbia. Belgrade is the most important electoral unit, and Socialist Party did not proceed with the constitution of administration, which means that the whole spectrum of pressures - internal and foreign - nevertheless has had some effect. The legal deadline for setting up of the administration approaching does not mean much, because the ruling Socialist Party has neglected the Law on even more important issues", stated Kostunica at a press conference.
