UGLJEVIK - The municipal electoral commission at Ugljevik registered in electoral lists more than 90% of eligible citizens. According to this list, at the Ugljevik region there are 1,200 of refugees enfranchised.

KOTOR VAROS - At the region of the municipality Kotor Varos at 10 registration cites is enlisted 12,000 of enfranchised citi zens, which represents 95% of electorate. In the Provisional electoral lists is included 1,500 of refugees, accommodated in this municipality, which practically represent 100% response.

BELGRADE - The departure of 30,000 of refugees from FR Yugoslavia to Republika Srpska /RS/ to vote, would cost RS mil lions of dinars - stated for daily "Politika express" the chief of the Belgrade's office of the Committee for preparation and supervising the elections in case of refugees Zivota de Luka. While assessing that its simpler to organise it in Yugoslavia, de Luka said that the first task of the Committee is to, in coopera tion with the Commissioner for refugees of Serbia, organise the registration of the potential voters.

BANJALUKA - The president of the Serbian Patriotic Party /SPAS/ Slavko Zupljanin assessed at the press conference at Banjaluka that the acts of the Association for Peace and Progress, which provided the list of delegates for the local elections at Drvar, very harmful and irresponsible. Zupljanin thinks that "such an act could be understood as the attempt of that coalition block, headed with Socialistic Party of RS, to make the first step towards creating of unitary B&H.

BELGRADE - The Assembly National Party /SNS/ assessed that the regime at Belgrade, while following the policy of NATO, is doing everything to make the economic and social position of RS citizens as difficult as they could. In the announcement of SNS is warned that the authorities in Belgrade will rather establish the economical and political connections with the CroatianMoslem federation than with RS, so the conditions would be created to

disqualify the Serbian Democratic Party from the September's elections.

PARIS - The Parisian weekly "Minute" claims that so called crucial witness of the indictment against Radovan Karadzic and general Ratko Mladic, Drazen Erdemovic was promised by Hague's judges the extentuating circumstances if he should testify against these two Serbs.

BERLIN - The expresident of the Municipality Assembly of Srebrenica Ibro Mustafic stated for "Junge Welt" that for the catastrophe in that town are neither guilty Serbs nor Radovan Karadzic and general Mladic, but "the highest political and military authorities of the Bosnian Moslems". Mustafic, who was allegedly one of the founders of the Izetbegovic's Party of Demo cratic Action /SDA/ in Srebrenica, claims that in that town the real mafia was governing.

BANJALUKA - The retired lieutenantgeneral Dragutin Kukanjac assessed for "Daily Telegraf" the visit of Ejup Ganic, the vice president of the MoslemCroatian federation, to Belgrade as "shocking and incredible". It is incredible that the Serbian leaders talk with the man who at the most brutal way was breaking the former Yugoslavia and ordered killing the Serbs because they were defending its state, and didn't want to enter the infamous creation B&H as he devised it" - emphasised general Kukanjac.

HAMBURG - The German daily "Frankfurter Rundshau" assessed that the situation in Mostar after the two years of the EU gov ernment was lead to blind alley. While transmitting that EU thinks that the Croatian president Franjo Tudjman was responsible for obstruction of Hercegovina's Croats, the news asserts that, despite the EU efforts and financial support of 300 millions of DEM, the divided city threatens to became the reason for the military intervention.

MOSTAR - The president of the MoslemCroatian federation Kresimir Zubak issued the announcement where he stated that "all the crimes against Croatian people in federation are done with blessing of the authorities which is representing itself to the world as democratic ". "The authorities allegedly want the multi ethnical and multicultural society, do not punish and at perfid ious way instigate the expelling of Croats from their flats and jobs, and permit the desecration of the sanctities and graves, and killing of old and disabled persons" - is stated in the announcement.

SREBRENICA - The first house, of 320 existing, from the refugees camp Slapovici near Srebrenica was disassembled and dislocated at Potocari, where it will be assembled again. All the housed will be dislocated with 1,100 of refugees at the Skelani, Potocari and Bratunac.
