SARAJEVO - The vice president of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic, assessed that the real state of affairs in the former B-H was finally accepted at the Ministerial Conference in Florence. In a statement for the Serb Radio, Biljana Plavsic said that it became clear to the international community that every dictate can be bearable to some extent, after which if the pres sures are continued, the implementation of the Dayton agreement is completely uncertain.

SARAJEVO - The second RS vicepresident Nikola Koljevic, assessed today that the signing of the Agreement on Arms Control in the Balkans is the most important result of the Ministerial Conference on the Former B-H in Florence. In an interview for Serb Radio, Koljevic underlined as "very important that something which is not agreed to and signed in the Dayton agreement is allowed to be crated prior to elections in Republika Srpska and the CroatMuslim Federation."

SARAJEVO - The president of the National Assembly of Repub lika Srpska (RS) Momcilo Krajisnik, assessed today that the resoluteness of the international community to resolve the pri mary problems in order to achieve and maintain peace in the Former B-H was reaffirmed at the Ministerial Conference in Flor ence. In his statement for SRNA, Krajisnik said that RS can be satisfied for the international community showed that it wants to prevent incidents and attempts at negation of terms of the Dayton agreement.

SARAJEVO - The president of the RS National Assembly Momcilo Krajsinik, stated that at the next Assembly session, scheduled for June 19, deputies will come out about several legal matters, and about certain obligations deriving from the Dayton agreement. "Maybe there will be some corrections to the RS Constitution, so as to bring it to accord to the present situation, which is also connected with the elections. The political situation in RS will be on the agenda, while all current problems will be discussed at the Serbian Democratic Party annual session", stated Krajisnik.

AMSTERDAM - The Dutch media are reserved in their reactions to the results of the Florence Conference on the former B-H, assessing that there were no big and obligatory conclusions. The press and TV say that the West is not satisfied with the develop ment on the ground because there were neither the mass return of refugees to their homes nor the integration of RS into the Croat Muslim Federation, which would create conditions for an unitary B - H.

THESALONIKI - The Greek foreign minister Todor Pangalis did not agree with some European leaders in Florence that it is necessary to arrest the RS president Radovan Karadzic and the Serb Army commander general Ratko Mladic, reports the Greek paper Katimerini. The paper reports that the Greek foreign minister presented opinions in Florence that it should stop with the demonisation of the Serbs in RS, and demanded the participants of the Conference to take more consistent positions, treating equal ly all three sides in the former B-H.

BEOGRAD - The president of the Congregational National Party (SNS) Slobodan Rakitic assessed that "the Conference showed that the retirement of the RS president Radovan Karadzic is not the condition for the elections in the former B-H".

STOCKHOLM - The high representative of the international community Carl Bildt stated that the struggle for the multina tional B-H was lost in March this year when the Serbs were forced to move out from Serb Sarajevo, writes the Swede paper Dangens Niheter. According to him, the Former B-H is a country in disin tegration, in which, due to continued harassment of the minori ties in Sarajevo and other Muslim areas, the situation is rapidly worsening.

MOSCOW - Out of 10 candidates, only two have a real chances for a victory at the presidential elections to be held tomorrow in Russia, the current president Boris Yeltzin and the Communist Party leader Genady Zyuganev. At least half of 106,400,000 regis tered voters must vote if the elections are to succeed. The elected president will be the candidate who gets a half plus one vote out of the total number of votes.

THESALONIKI - His Eminence Metropolitan Dabrobosanski Niko laj, is in sixday visit to Greece, during which he will deliver the aid RS sent to the Peloponnese struck by earthquake last year. The aid in lumber represent a symbolic sign of gratitude for material and moral support that Greece offered to the Serbian people in the last four years.
