SARAJEVO - The president of RS National Assembly, Momcilo Krajisnik, assessed today that the replacement of the former RS prime minister Rajko Kasagic " was done in accordance to our law and Constitution". "Karadzic, as the president of RS, had such a right, and some negative reaction to this decision are as justi fied as they are based on misunderstanding of the RS Constitu tion", stated Krajisnik in an interview for the Serb paper "Oslobodjenje".

NOVI SAD - The RS prime minister, Gojko Klickovic, stated for "Vecernje Novosti" that the RS vicepresidents Biljana Plav- sic and Nikola Koljevic "informed the Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic with RS Government's intentions concerning the imple mentation of the Dayton agreement". He stressed that "in future, the platform of the RS Government is to be observed in the es sence of any Dayton agreement term, and the team work will get primacy over individual one".

BANJALUKA - The OSCE Mission spokesman, Thomas Miglerina, announced in Banjaluka that the voters registrations for parlia mentarian elections in all RS municipalities will be competed by July 19. At a joint press conference with IFOR, UNHCR, IPTF spokespersons, Miglerina added that the deadline fro the regis tration of political parties is July 7, while the registration of candidates will start on July 27.

SARAJEVO - The problem of missing persons must be dealt with exclusively on the base of demands submitted by their families. Up to now we gathered 10,000 demands, of which 4,000 were for warded to the Working group, stated deputy chief ICRC Delegation Lucy Sterntal, at Pale press conference.

BANJALUKA - The special envoy of the UN secretarygeneral, Igbal Riza, visited Banjaluka to see the situation in the area and view possibilities of reconstruction and return of refu gees. He said the talks with the Banjaluka's mayor Predrag Radic were "constructive", and added that all information he receives will be included into reports to the UN authorised bodies.

SAMAC - The Coordination Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) for Posavina, Doboj and Ozren, sent a letter of support to the RS president Radovan Karadzic in which it says that: "People of the heroic Posavina and Ozren are offering you their full and unreserved support in the implementation of for eign and internal policy, and is sharply opposing to all those desiring to exclude him from political life, and thus bring the results of our struggle into question".

PODGORICA - The return of displaced persons in the RS is easier and more safe than it is the case in the CroatMuslim Federation, stated Pierre Francesco Maria Nata, the representa tive of the UNHCR in Podgorica. According to him, there are no conditions in Croatia for return of refugees, for the freedom of movement is not respected.

BANJALUKA - The ICRC Delegation chief for Republika Srpska (RS), Pierre Crenbil, stated today in Banjaluka that the problem of missing and imprisoned persons was not solved after five months from the signing of the Dayton agreement. Upon his own initiative, Pierre Crenbil met with the Association of Families of Imprisoned and Missing Serb Civilians and Soldiers so as to express ICRC solidarity with them and to exchange views.

BANJALUKA - The ICRC officials visited over 50,000 POWs during three and -ahalf years of war in the former B-H. ICRC officials transmitted over 17,500,000 massages of refugees and displaced persons to their relatives and friends.

BELGRADE - The UN spokesman in Belgrade, Susan Manuel con firmed that the demilitarisation of Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Srem, initiated two days ago will be ended by June 21. "During this period all military barracks in the Area will be put under Transitional Administration control. Soldiers will be allowed to wear uniforms, but without signs on them", explained Manuel at a press conference in Belgrade.

BIJELJINA - The Bijeljina mayor Dragomir Ljubojevic, an nounced that he high representative of the international communi ty Carl Bildt will visit this city and discuss the implementation of the Dayton agreement with municipal representatives.

NOVI SAD - "Nasa Borba" issues assessments from some western media that "the US-pressed MuslimCroat Federation, created two years ago for the sake of protection of the Muslims from the Serbs and Croats, remains largely a fruit of American fantasy". The US intelligence service reports the White House is warned of poor prospects of Bosnia as an unitary multiethnic state".

SARAJEVO - Negotiations on the six million German Marks worth reconstruction of the "Ugjevik" thermoelectric generating station with the Urgent Technical Interventions (ODA) in the former B-H, are concluded, stated the minister of industry Milo rad Skoko. "The ODA representatives from Great Britain are direct donors of this project, and we discussed with them details and possibilities to resolve the problem of the Gacko thermoelectric generating station", stated Skoko following the meeting with ODA representatives.

SARAJEVO - "Energopetrol"Director Dusko Bogdanovic talked in Pale with Dane Adams, the representative of NAMSE, IFOR's organi sation for procurement, on providing the multiethnic forces with oil and other fuels. Adams stated that he will try to establish cooperation with "Energopetrol". As far as payment is concerned is agrees about any currency, while German Marks or Dollars are the most probable solution.

SARAJEVO - The director of the RS Electrical Industry, Nikola Erceg, and his assistants received representatives of the World Banks and Italian Electrical Industry, in Pale. The talks pertained to a possibility of financing electropower systems in RS.
