"Failing to break us from out side, the international factors are now trying to divide RS on the regional base", stated Ninkovic, who is presently in function of the president of the Doboj Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS). He stated that RS has the Law on territorial organisation and local authority, according to which RS cannot be divided into regions or districts.SARAJEVO - The chief of police in Kula, major Goran Sehovac called the residents of Serb Sarajevo to "trust their police, stay calm and not allow to be tricked by rough Muslim provocations which became very frequent in the recent days at the bordering areas". "We are a state and we are capable of protecting every part of our territory", said Sehovac. AMSTERDAM - The Dutch anthropologist Rene Grenois and publicist Abe Defris claim that "the international community wants to sue the Serbs for the organised terror, while the Muslim government in Sarajevo is amnestied in advance", saying that "the Hague Tribunal brought five most serious indictments against the Serbs, while Croat general Blaskic - together with several local leaders - is the only indicted among toplevelled Croat military and political figures, being charged not with genocide but 'violation of human rights'". MOSTAR - The extending of the EU mandate in Mostar, expiring on July 22, depends of the city elections planned for May 31, assesses Croat RadioHerzeg-Bosnia. Thee aim of elections is establishing of a common CroatMuslim authority in the city, and if it appears possible, the EU will prolong its mandate for additional six months, claims an unnamed European diplomat. MOSTAR - The Association of the Muslims from Mostar, presently residing in Germany, accused the EU of "taking away their elementary human right - right to vote". Muslim Radio Sarajevo gives an appeal of the residents of Mostar to the inter national institutions and organisations to "prevent the EU from taking away their right to vote and participate in determining of future of the city." SARAJEVO - The expert for forensic medicine, Dr Zoran Stankovic, stated - after examining two incinerated bodies presumed to belong to remains of the Serbs killed by recently arrested sevenmember Muslim terrorist group - that the bodies were first cut off by axe or motor saw.
