BANJALUKA - Mario Vukovic (1977) - a pupil who was injured during an attempt of kidnapping of 26 pupils from the "Jovan Ducic" Secondary School in Teslic - died last night in the Banja luka Medical Centre. In this tragical event, 18 pupils were wounded, out of whom 5 seriously wounded. The pupils were wound ed yesterday at 8:30 hrs when Jugoslav Mihailovic - a convict in escape from the Doboj prison entered classroom and kidnapped 26 pupils. Following manyhour drama, the Serb police released hostages, while they were forced to liquidate the escaped prison er.

MODRICA - After residents of Modrica yesterday prevented the Vukosavlje Croats from entering to RS, the Muslims postponed the same attempt of incursion into the Modrica area, planned for April 28.

PRIJEDOR - The Prijedor municipality officials warned at the incidents which the Muslims provoked by their forcible entering the area of the Prijedor. They expect that to the at tempt of forcible entering is possible to take place in the next days.

BERLIN - The "Berliner Zeitung" notes that the German media are more focused at murder of an Albanian, than on murder of five Serbs during the incidents in Kossovo. The paper also points at a very interesting thing that media in that reports prefers Albani an names, than Serbian names of the cities.

CLEVELAND - Representatives of Clinton's administration stated yesterday that the U.S. forces will not be pulled out from the former B-H when planned, but the withdrawal is to start on December 20 and will last until mid February.

LONDON - There are more and more Western diplomats who unof ficially express their astonishment and fear because of the extent to which the Iran and Croatia are in cooperation concern ing the arming and in training of the Muslim soldiers. This is especially true in respect to a fact that Washington is behind it. Since it is a direct involvement of the US president, proba bly the most powerful person in the world at present, and, ac cording to some in the whole history, there are very few who dare to condemn this US playing with terrorism.

PARIS - "Le Figaro" devoted an article the upcoming elec- tions, citing the OSCE mission chief in Sarajevo, Robert Frowick

that "this is the most complicated electoral system ever creat ed".

MOSTAR - The elections in Mostar, planned to be held by the end of May could be postponed, assessed the new EU administrator for Mostar, Spaniard Rikardo Peres Kasado. He explained that, referring to estimations of the Election Commission in Mostar, a sixweek period will be needed from setting the date for the elections and their holding.

ZURICH - In spite opposition of a large number of countries because of suspicion about fulfilling 21 conditions which Croatia set as a prerequisite for its membership in the European Parlia ment, the by a majority of votes Croatia's admission into this organisation was allowed, writes "Tages Zeitung". "The major reasons for disagreement with this decision were undemocratic methods that the Croatian government used in media freedom, inde pendence of courts, attitudes regarding the return of refugees and inconsistency about the implementation of the peace accord for the former B-H".

BEOGRAD - His Holiness Patriarch of the Serbs, Pavle, will hold requiem, in the St. Marko Church in Belgrade, for victims of 1944 ally bombardment of Belgrade on Easter Day.
