The finance and economic boards are obli gated to make amendments for proposed laws, which will be submit ted to the RS National Assembly. SARAJEVO - The Operational Staff for Accommodating of Resi dents of Serb Sarajevo will continue work on accommodation of residents in municipalities which they are temporarily residing. The Staff will endeavour to evacuate all remaining Serbs from Sarajevo who want to leave this city, concluded the chief of Staff, Gojko Klickovic, adding that following the evacuation of the people it comes even more difficult task. According to him, "conditions must be created for permanent housing of Serb Saraje vans". SARAJEVO - Regarding some attempts at an organised Muslim entering into parts of Serb Dobrinja, the Ilidza mayor Nedjeljko Prstojevic, today warned that such unresponsible acts might lead to excesses, detrimental to both sides. "The frequent manipula tions that the Muslim leadership in Novi Grad Municipality is exercising with respect to the supposed 'returnees' to parts of Dobrinja 1 and 4, are contrary to the provisions of the Dayton agreement and the statements of the high representative of the international community Carl Bildt", concluded Prstojevic. BEOGRAD - The president of the National Party of Monte Negro, Novak Kilibarda, stated today that better could not have been expected from the Geneva meeting, "since the Serbian people are, unfortunately, represented by politicians not up to the task". "The Geneva summit is the logical successor to Dayton and Paris, i.e., to the Serb policy of defeat", stated Kilibarda. THESALONIKI - By imposition of the Dayton agreement, the Americans provoked the exodus of the Serbs from Sarajevo, and thus took over the responsibility for the ethnic cleansing in the city, writes the Greek paper "Katimerini". The Dayton provisions are adjusted to the presidential elections in the U.S.A. SARAJEVO - The president of the RS Commission for War Crimes, Miroslav Toholj, confirmed that a Croat, Zdravko Mucic - Pavo and a Muslim Zejnil Delalic - Dedo - are arrested in Vienna, i.e. in Munich, under suspicion of committing war crimes. Toholj explained that Mucic, from spring to autumn 1992 was on duty of chief of concentration camp for the Serbs in Celebic, while Zejnil Delalic - Dedo - was one of the biggest Muslim extremists who took part in rape of Serbian women and murder of civilians in Konjic, of which the RS Documentation Centre for War Crimes possess evidence", stated Toholj. BRCKO - The Serbs who fled Konjic for Brcko, confirmed that the arrested Croat Zdravko Mucic, born 1954 in Konjic, and a Muslim Zejnil Delalic, born 1948 in Ostrozac, near Konjic, com mitted war crimes against the Serbs. BANJALUKA - The Supreme Council of the RS Military Court in Banjaluka, delayed the main proceeding against indicted Ivan Stjepanovic - a member of the 106th Brigade of the Croatian De fence Council (HVO) - for committing war crimes against civil ians, according to Article 142 of the Criminal Law of the Repub lika Srpska. Stjepanovic was accused of killing 27 Serb civil ians, in the vicinity of Brcko, in period from June 1992 to September 1994. /end/ |
