[02] "There are necessary very precise terms" - Romania appointed premier
stresses
Romania appointed premier Radu Vasile has announced clearing away of all
disputes and harmonizing points of view belonging to coalition's parties
both concerning programme points and new team structure. He declared: "In
fact reform process in Romania is built up on segments and stages with very
precise terms. This process will be very ample and it will also be an
institutional reform which will be written down as a draft law and will be
presented in front of parliament on September 1. For the present we
consider these precise terms very necessary in order ministers to have
their responsibility according to which they could be judged of their
efficiency. Generally speaking about reform like in all other central and
east-European countries it is no doubt that this process will last but it
has to be continued taking not into consideration other politic aspects".
