    TIRANE, Jan 1 (ATA)-By M. Mano,

Iron-nickel reserves in Albania are estimated at 250 million leks, although during the past five years the industry of this mineral has almost been stagnant.

Of importance are the agreements with the Swiss company "Marc Rich", which envisage reactivation of the main factories of the metallurgical plant of Elbasan.

Cooperation is underway with the Greek company "Arco" for the Bitincka mine of Devoll district. The mineral output is estimated to reach 50 000 tonnes. kled/lm/k
