    US / YELTSIN / PEACE TALKS -- THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION IS NOT EXPECTING RUSSIAN PRESIDENT BORIS YELTSIN'S HOSPITALIZATION TO DELAY NEXT WEEK'S BOSNIA PEACE TALKS IN THE UNITED STATES. WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENT DAVID BORGIDA REPORTS US OFFICIALS ARE TAKING A WAIT AND SEE APPROACH TO THE NEWS, AND HOPING THE RUSSIAN LEADER RECOVERS QUICKLY.     PERRY / GRACHEV -- US DEFENSE SECRETARY WILLIAM PERRY AND RUSSIAN DEFENSE MINISTER PAVEL GRACHEV HAVE BEGUN TALKS IN WASHINGTON ON TERMS FOR RUSSIAN INVOLVEMENT IN BOSNIAN PEACEKEEPING. RUSSIA REFUSES TO PLACE ANY FORCES IT MAY CONTRIBUTE UNDER NATO COMMAND. MR GRACHEV TOLD REPORTERS AS HE BEGAN TALKS THAT WHILE THE ISSUES ARE DIFFICULT, HE IS SURE SOME KIND OF AN UNDERSTANDING WILL BE FOUND.
