BANJA LUKA - The president of the Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ Milorad Dodik stressed in an interview for Serbian radio TV that until September's elections there will be no any cadre changes in Government. Talking about significance of September's elections in RS president Dodik stressed that they will "in a great extent determine the destiny of RS". Commenting the recent Luxembourg conference, Dodik said that its decisions were too much great surprise, because, as he said, "they are emphasising some solutions that we did not expect". "We could not make influence on that, but we shall certainly talk about that with the representatives of international community", - explained Dodik.

BELGRADE - His Holy Highness Serbian patriarch Mr. Pavle has received in the Patriarchy of Serbian Orthodox Church in Belgrade the ribbon, icon and Decoration of the St. apostle Andrey Prvozvani /fist-called/, delivered to him by Alexander Meljnik, the president of the same-name Russian foundation.

PEC - Svinjare, Serbian village in Pec municipality, was all night the theatre of vigorous clashes of the members of MUP of Serbia and Albanian terrorists, who burned with combustion grenades a great number of houses, report the SRNA reporter from the spot.

DOBOJ - In the poll of the Doboj's non-governmental organisation "The citizens voice" out of 500 citizens of this city 65% said that they believe in the soon massive return of refugees to the former places where they lived, while 28% are sure that they will return to their homes.

BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic and president of Government Milorad Dodik have talked at the separate talks in Banja Luka with Belgian Ambassador to B&H baron Andre de Biron about relations between Belgium and Srpska. After the meeting behind the closed doors de Biron has stated that this was his farewell visit and that he leaves at the new duty in Venezuela. He stressed that Belgium Government has given to FB&H and RS three credits each amounting three million dollars and that one of them is already realised. According to him, the Belgian Government will favour only projects of interest for both entities and it will make efforts to allocate them equally.

BANJA LUKA - The vice-president of Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ Ostoja Kremenovic stated for SRNA that at the session of Government in Banja Luka are prepared draft proposals for the law on trade of property and law on ceasing effectiveness of the law on redistribution of fields. Stressing the importance of these legal acts for regulation of property- legal relations, the vice-president Kremenovic has announced that they will be included into agenda of the next session of the National Assembly of RS, which is expected in the second half of the month. In the first part of the session, which was held in Slatina near Banja Luka behind the closed doors, the members of Government, as Kremenovic said, have discussed one number of legal acts from the field of finance, and the strategy for development of education in next period was determined.

SARAJEVO - The co-presiding in the Council of Ministers of B&H Boro Bosic and Russian Ambassador to Sarajevo Philip Philipovich Sidorski have considered the practical sides of realisation of the credit amounting 100 millions of dollars which the Russian Federation will sent to B&H. Bosic has reminded that in question is long time ago announced credit which will be equally allocated - fifty million dollars to RS and the same to FB&H. "The agreement will be signed at the level of B&H, as all international agreements are signed, and governments of RS and FB&H will participate actively in their preparation on the basis of needs and harmonising with suppliers from Russia", stressed Mr. BOsic.

PRIJEDOR - The deputy minister for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of RS Nenad Kesic and assistant of minister for cattle breeding in that ministry Gojko Mirjanic have talked in Prijedor with farmers and representatives of food processing industry about the development of these fields in Prijedor municipality. While considering the excerpt from the study on development of Prijedor region related to the farming-cattle raising and fruit growing-truck farming production, as well as the development of agrarian industry they have concluded that the bearers of the economic development are the Meat industry Prijedor /IMPR/ and Prijedorcanka, fruit processing factory. As the bearer of agricultural development are designated the cooperative farms and mini-farms, at which with that activity is dealing 13,000 households.

BANJA LUKA - The minister of Defence of RS general Manojlo Milovanovic have sent a congratulation to soldiers, military school attendants, officers and employees of the Centre of military schools "Rajko Balac" in Banja Luka on the occasion of the Day of the Centre and fifth anniversary of its forming - July 12. "This institution was formed in the most difficult days of our new history, in the time when the Serbian people in the region of the former B&H had again to take arms in order to defend the right on survival and freedom on its centuries long historical area" - is reminded in the congratulation.

TREBINJE - In Trebinje was held the conference about internal organisation and systematisation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs /MUP/ of RS at which was concluded that organisation of this ministry must be centralised along with the maximal respecting the basic principles - legality, skill and professionalism. As stressed at the session, presided by the deputy minister of internal affairs Brane Pecanac, the police of RS will only in this way be guarantor of stability, security and unique state.

BANJA LUKA - The president and vice-president of City Assembly of Banja Luka Djordje Umicevic and Mihajlo Crnadak most vigorously have condemned the prevention of entering for officials of the City Board of Serbian Democratic Party /GOSDS/ into their premises in BAnja Luka's Banski Dvor. "The depriving of officials from entering into their premises by the persons from the personal security of RS Government president Milorad Dodik was performed illegally and without authorisation" - said Umicevic at the press conference, stressing that Government "by this act conducted a flagrant violation of law".

DOBOJ - The commander of Nordic-Polish brigade of SFOR Polish general Mjeceslav Bieniek stated in Doboj that the process of democratisation in RS is being performed in the satisfactory way, adding that the situation is being better on the daily basis. "The progress of the state and inhabitants in these regions are evident, and Nordic-Polish brigade wants to contribute to increasing in cooperation of international community with local authorities", said for SRNA general Bieniek.

SARAJEVO - The chief of the OSCE Mission Robert Berry has disband the Municipal Council of Gornji Vakuf, because Croatians and Moslems in this place cannot harmonise their stances about joint administration, reports the radio in federal part of Sarajevo. As the same source claims, to forming joint organs could not help neither the arbitrage decision by which the leading posts were allocated in the municipality, and which implementation both Croatians and Moslems were obstructing since March.

BELGRADE - The events at the end of July at the grey currency market in FR Yugoslavia /FRY/ are perhaps the announcing of exciting economic fall - is the message of the new magazine "Monthly analyses and prognoses". At the press conference, the economic expert Stojan Stamenkovic stressed that, according to the rule, grey currency rate after stabilisation is remaining on the higher level than before the disturbances, which is in favour of floating currency rate. Stamenkovic warned that the economy of FRY in June recorded dramatically export and import, what should be taken as the very serious indication.

BANJA LUKA - The Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ have shown how from ashes of the war to reach the prosperity of modern state in cooperation with the international community, assessed the deputy High International Representative Hans Schumacher in Banja Luka. After the meeting with president of RS Government Milorad Dodik, Schumacher, while talking about adopting property law, mentioned that "the amendments proposed at the last session of National Assembly of RS will be topic of the discussion of experts of RS Government and international community, after what will be decided in which formulation it will be presented to the parliament". Expressing the hope that it will be before August 30, Schumacher said that property law is the basis for solving the problem of refugees in RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/, but that nobody will be evicted from the current residence.

BANJA LUKA - The World Bank has approved to RS the credit of 900,000 dollars for procurement of equipment for transportation garbage, and the project will be realised during next six months - was announced by the director of the Office for coordination of projects for renewal and development of RS Ranko Labovic. The project will be started by procurement five trucks compactors and four trucks lifters of containers, and equipment will get municipalities Banja Luka, Bijeljina, Serbian Ilidza, Pale, Ljubinje, Knezevac and Bratunac.

SRBAC - At the meeting of the presidents of 12 municipal boards of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, held in Bardaca near Srbac, which was attended by the members of the Main Boards of SDS of Banja Luka region and presiding of the Presidency of the party Dragan Kalinic, was assessed that the "reputation of the party was grown in people after the June session of National Assembly". "At the meeting could be seen that in SDS rules the complete unity, that there exist the readiness of personnel to engage themselves in the pre-electoral campaign and that in this party there is no regional and divisions on reformists and conservative, on "Buha sympathisers" and "Krajisnik's people", which means that SDS is ready on all political clashes in the coming pre-electoral campaign - said Kalinic.

VUKOVAR - The governments of Croatia, Federation of B&H /FB&H/ and RS do not show too much interest for return of refugees, but Europe will insist on multi-ethnicity in these regions, in order to start the process of integration of people - stated in Vukovar the special UN reporteur for human rights Jirzi Dinstbir. After the meeting with the president of Independent Democratic Serbian Party /SDSS/ Vojislav Stanimirovic, Dinstbir has stressed that "the policy of non-employing the members of national minorities in Croatia could be dangerous for development of economic prosperity of the state, while because of non-respecting the private property could fail the foreign investments in the renewal of the state".

HAGUE - The Hague Tribunal has postponed for the next Wednesday the sentencing of Ante Furundzija /29/, the commander of the Croatian military unit Joker, charged that as the superior was responsible for raping during the war in the region of the former B&H - stated the spokesman of the Court Christian Schartier. The indictment charges Furundzija that he is responsible because one of his soldiers more times raped one Moslem woman.

PRISTINA - All attempts of legalisation of terroristic organisations and self-styled Liberation Army of Kosovo /KLA/ bear the fear and danger, and those who decide something like that will create at many regions the serious problems - stated exclusively for SRNA the head of the Kosovo County Veljko Odalovic. "It would be a direct support to all terroristic organisations and groups to continue in the forcible way the struggle for independence, as self-styled KLA is doing", stressed Odalovic. According to his words, terrorists have decided to reach independence by weapons, and each legalisation and giving mandate which really do not belong to them is going away from the peaceful solution of problem and narrowing the space for dialogue.

ROGATICA - The charges d'affaires in the Japanese Embassy in Sarajevo Keigi Muiri and director of the primary school "St. Sava" in Rogatica Tomislav Pavlovic have signed in Rogatica the contract about including this school into the programme "Assistance for grass roots projects". The Japanese Embassy in Vienna has decided in the framework of the project to offer to the primary school in Rogatica 45,000 $US for equipping the regional school in Borike, which was devastated during the war.

BANJA LUKA - The solemn opening of Radio Pegaz in Trebinje will be held on Tuesday July 14 at 9 h - announced in Banja Luka the American agency for international development USAID. In question is the first independent radio station in South-Eastern part of Republika Srpska, which will cover the region of diameter of 150 kilometres, and is equipped by the donor's resources of USAID in value of 87,000 $US.
