"We are ready to fight we the same verve for Kosovo as we have been fighting for Republika Srpska", said Krajisnik, noting that it is the obligation of Serbian people towards the historical facts.ZURICH - In the organisation of the Swiss Government and Embassy in B&H, in Switzerland already two days is the eight members delegation of Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS, headed by minister Milovan Stankovic, in order to get acquainted with the functioning of Swiss police. "This is the second part of the same project by which is anticipated holding of the seminar and visit of our delegation to Swiss colleagues in four cantons of different speaking regions", stated for the SRNA correspondent from Zurich minister Stankovic. BANJA LUKA - The ministry of information of RS warned in Banja Luka that all until now presented ideas about the Television of B&H, as "one joint radio-TV", are in the domain of improvisation and irresponsible behaviour. In the public announcement, forwarded to SRNA, the Ministry of Information reminds that in last time is more frequently mentioned so called "joint TV of B&H", and especially at the press conferences of the Office of the High Representative for B&H /OHR/. "The ministry required several times the explanation of these ideas and never until now has got the affirmative reply that indeed there exist the intentions to form such television", is stressed in the announcement. BRCKO - Employees in factories and institutions in Brcko will on May 27 start the half hour strike of warning, organised as the sign of solidarity with workers of the municipal administration organs of Serbian nationality who by the order of the international supervisor forced to leave their jobs in order to give it to Moslems and Croats. Defending the human and worker rights from announced application of the religious and national discrimination, the Syndicate of the municipality Brcko calls upon the positive law regulations, including the moratorium for sacks, and international conventions on human rights and freedoms and syndicate rights. SARAJEVO - The first shipment of the new currency of B&H - convertible mark should arrive at the beginning of June and it is planned that be put into circulation on June 8 - stated the spokesman of the Office international representative Eshling Barns at the press conference in federal part of Sarajevo. Stressing that putting into circulation the convertible mark scheduled term depends on whether enough bank-notes will be issued timely, Barns added that, if it is not put into circulation on June 8, it will certainly be done in the middle of that month. BANJA LUKA - The spokesman of OSCE Office in Banja Luka Paul Hockinos stated at the press conference that until May 25, when the deadline for registration expired, for September's elections in B&H was registered 69 parties and 11 independent delegates. Hockins precisely stated that from RS for next elections was enlisted 21 parties and two independent candidates. He said that in B&H from 10 countries from Europe and U.S.A. will come 352 supervisors who will work in centres for registration of voters, out of which 80 supervisors will be deployed in the parts of RS western from Samac. BANJA LUKA - The people's delegate and member of the Main Board of the Party of Independent Social-democrats Krstan Simic thinks that the last session of the National Assembly of RS passed in the promotion representing of particular parties. "The National Assembly of RS is the place where should be brought the important decisions for the state, where the partnership is founded and good cooperation in order to find solutions and as such do not tolerate neither the obstructions nor promotions" - precisely stated Simic at the press conference in Banja Luka. PRISTINA - The groups of Albanian terrorists, on May 25 around 17,30 h near the watch-tower Morina, west from DJakovica, attacked the members of Army of FRY which are on the security of the state border with Albania, but between the soldiers there was not casualties nor wounded - was announced in Pristina Media Centre according to the military sources. The attack was performed from the hamlets which are on the border zone on Yugoslavian side and terrorists used machine guns and light mortar shells. PRISTINA - Few thousand of Albanian students walking through the streets in Pristina with the slogan "Pencil for everybody" required allegedly creating conditions for normal education and supported the Albanian terrorism demanding reconciliation of self-styled "Liberation Army of Kosovo" /LAK/ and National movement for liberation of Kosovo". Instead of student's hymn which was written on one poster the students were singing "I gave my word - I'll give my life for Kosovo", along with applause and shouting for LAK, Rugova, Drenica and Decani. BELGRADE - The director of the news "The international policy" Ranko Petkovic stated for SRNA in Belgrade that yesterday's report of the former Spanish premier Felipe Gonzales to the Council of Ministers of Europe shows that there exist different stances about European countries and politicians towards the situation in FRY. Commenting the attitude of Mr. Gonzales that in FRY should be strengthened the position of the president of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic and leader of the Kosovo Albanians Ibrahim Rugova, and in RS the premier Milorad Dodik, Petkovic stressed that this time Gonzales, known as the very flexible politician, came out from rather hard positions. PRISTINA - The policeman Dragoljub Djukic, who was heavily wounded on May 25 in the attack of Albanian terrorists near the village Streoce near Decani, died on the same day at 19,00 h in the General Hospital in Pec. Djukic was born in the village Babici near Pec and was the deputy commander of the Police Station in that city. PODGORICA - In Cetinje press "Obod" was pressed 472,000 of ballots for parliamentary elections in Montenegro which will be held in Montenegro on May 31. At the ballots are the names of 17 parties and coalitions. Each ballot has its registered mark and is verified by the seal of Republican Electoral Commission. MAY 26, 1998 EVENINGNEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKASARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik with contentment concluded that the important job was finished by passing the Law on Central Bank of B&H, i.e. that now exist the obligation to liquidate the "National Bank of B&H, which was performing the function of National Bank for Federation B&H during and after the war". The director of the Central bank for B&H Peter Nicol said after the meeting with Mr. Krajisnik in Pale that all members of Presidency B&H approved the liquidation plan of National Bank of B&H and that they accepted the liquidator who made a plan for liquidation.SARAJEVO - The president in the Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik transmitted the gratitude of people and authorities of Srpska to the leader of Conservative Party William Hock for all that Great Britain, as an important factor, has done in implementation of Dayton Agreement, as well as because of impartial stance regarding the situation in RS and federation B&H. "RS will do all to prevent revision of Dayton agreement, and furthermore will insist on its implementation, and I hope that the role of Great Britain in that process will remain significant" - stressed Krajisnik. BANJA LUKA - On the occasion of the Day of Aircraft and anti-aircraft defence of the Army of Republika Srpska /V&PVO VRS/ the RS Defence minister Manojlo Milovanovic sent a congratulation to all members of this department of Army. "V&PVO is created on the same day when our army as the whole, and on May 27, 1992, the units of V&PVO successfully performed the first great combat task, because of what this date is being celebrated as the Day of V*PVO of RS" - reminded Milovanovic and added: "The members of V&PVO gave immeasurable contribution to the struggle of our people for survival, freedom and creating RS, performing combat and humanitarian tasks in the framework of their basic purpose and, in the same way, numerous combat tasks as the members of land units of our army". BANJA LUKA - The representatives of the refugees associations of Serbs and Croats signed in Banja Luka the programme of return Evident '98, by which are anticipated the evidence and polls for refugees from B&H and Croatia and founding the joint commission for return. Until June 30 will be conducted the polls about the interest for return and intentions about the issues of private property of expelled persons and refugees from Republika Croatia and RS, about which results will be informed the governments of these states, UNHCR, Office of High Representative of international community and other organisations charged for the issues of return of refugees. SREBRENICA - The provisional and mixed Executive board of Srebrenica headed by American Larry Sampler, nominated by OSCE, is not formed even after one month after bringing that decision, because it was done to quickly and insufficiently deliberated act of international institutions, which forming is irregular and without the basis for success in work, which, it appears to be, realised and Mr. Sampler, and longer than 20 days he is not coming to Srebrenica. In this municipality as the transitional solution was formed the Expert Council, with the former president of municipal assembly of Srebrenica Stanko Rakic at its head. MOSTAR - Croats in Herceg-Bosna county do not want the driving licenses written in Cyrillic, no matter what would say the international Representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp, and they are looking for residence and jobs in Croatia, in order to register their vehicles there with Latin signs - reports the Croatian radio Herceg-BOsna. MILICI - Municipal assembly Milici assessed that in the field of crime, i.e. security of citizens and their property, the situation is not favourable and stable. They have decided that all legal persons which exist in the region of this municipality cancel all legal acts which are in contradiction with the Constitution and laws of Republika Srpska /RS/, as the decisions about dismissal or suspension of workers from job because their political stances, or, contrary, these acts will be cancelled by the state or municipal organs. GENEVA - UNHCR called the donor states urgently to finance the operations of aid for around 22 millions of refugees from the regions world-wide, in which the citizens' wars or ethnic conflicts are happening - report the agencies. This UN institution with the seat in Geneva, headed by the High Commissioner of UN for refugees Sadako Ogata, announced that this year's contributions from international community until now covered only a half of planned amount of 1,1 billions of dollars.
