In the announcement is stated that each nation has a right, in the moments when are jeopardised its vital interests, to say its word and by that decide about its destiny.VIENNA - The member of the Bureau of the Yugoslav Left Ratko Krsmanovic said in Vienna at the international meeting about alternatives on expansion of NATO in Europe that the issue of Kosovo do not interfere the interests of neighbouring countries, but that particular states and power centres are exploiting it because of preserving current relation of forces and division on South and North. At the concluding conference, organised by the Communist Party of Austria, Krsmanovic acquainted the representatives of parties and organisations of the left political orientation from 16 European states and international experts with stances of Yugoslavian left oriented parties about Kosovo issue, historic facts and significance of that region. PODGORICA - The president of Republic of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic will depart this afternoon with the delegation of Montenegro Government in the official visit to Great Britain, on call of chief of British diplomacy Robin Cook, the member of Parliament of Great Britain and state minister in Foreign Office Tony Lloyd and Michael Howard, British PM who is in Conservative Party charged with foreign policy. SARAJEV0 - The French president Jacques Chirac will visit B&H on April 6 and 7, called by presiding in Presidency of B&H Alija Izetbegovic. As announced, Chirac will meet in Sarajevo in separate visits the members of Presidency of B&H, and after that with all three members of Presidency together. APR. 5, 1998 EVENINGNEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKABANJA LUKA - The vice-president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Dragoljub Mirjanic talked in Banja Luka with the delegation of Bologne, lead by the mayor of this city Walter Vitali and establishing the cooperation between local communities of Italy and RS and stressed that was agreed the establishing the department for Italian language at the Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka, where, for the beginning Italy would provide the skilled staff, literature and necessary equipment.ZVORNIK - The premier of RS Milorad Dodik promised in Zvornik that the Government will help the start-up of production in Zvornik's factory of bauxite Birac, concluding during the talks with leadership of Birac that for that is necessary to provide a fresh capital. "Good preposition for work of this factory is the fact that both old and new leadership wants to jointly start production and solve numerous problems" - explained the premier of RS. He thinks that the time has come for big capacities in RS, such as Birac, to be risen on the higher level. The acting director of Birac Jovan Mitrovic reminded that he has got assurances from the premier of RS that the Government will help to this factory to stand on its own legs. BONN - Serbs who live in Germany gave in Bonn, at the protest under slogan "Kosovo is Serbia" the full support to the peaceful solution of the situation in this South Serbian province. "The dialogue - yes, violence - no", was one of the key messages of one year rally held in the vicinity of the seat of German Chancellor Helmut Kohl. HAMBURG - The confidential report of the German secret service about the intention of Serbian Albanians to organise in Germany the training of their terroristic groups, published in the conservative weekly "Welt am Sonntag", is raising a great concern of German authorities. The news claims that to potential applicants for asylum in Kosovo are given the confidential leaflets with advises to assert that they are members of so called "Liberation army of Kosovo" when they come in Germany, and that because of that re expelled from Yugoslavia. All that is calculated for easier getting asylum. BUGOJNO - The expelled Croats from Bugojno claims that Moslem extremists are hindering not only their return into this town but also visiting their homes - report the Croatian radio Herceg-Bosna.
