BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic thinks that worsening situation in Kosovo can could be prevented by diplomatic initiative of Serbian side, along with respect of all rights of Albanian minority, but also the attitudes of international community that this issue must be solved in the framework of Serbia and FR Yugoslavia /FRY/ and that any secession or changing of borders is out of question. In exclusive statement for SRNA, the president of RS the temporary situation on Kosovo characterised as very difficult and tense, expressing the fear that it could be worsened drastically and have an impact on wide region. "I think that it is the last time to solve problem in the reasonable way", warned Mrs. Plavsic.

SARAJEVO - The delegates of Coalition for whole and democratic B&H will attend to the extraordinary session of National Assembly of RS - stated to television in federal part of Sarajevo the president of Moslem part of municipality Brcko Munib Jusufovic. In the announcement read in the name of Coalition such decision explained as the "wish of Bosniak delegates to support attempts of international community for democratisation of RS", and because of that respect for minister of Foreign Affairs of Britain Robin Cook who will address delegates.

AMSTERDAM - Although the representatives of Moslem authorities in Sarajevo and institutions for housing claim that the lack of apartments and houses is the reason which prevent return of refugees to this city, temporarily, as UNHCR claims, in Sarajevo canton there are more housing space and possibility for moving in than before the war in 1992. According to the reports of international organisations, thanks to the foreign investments in renewal of Sarajevo in the city could without difficulties be returned all refugees, only when Moslem authorities were not opposing.
