The government adopted the Memorandum on understanding on introducing the registering plates, according to which its issuing will start on February 1, and after April 30 the cars and vehicles will be disabled to cross the border. The members of government accepted the conclusion to recognise all foreign debts of RS short time before starting of past war. From the duties are dismissed the steering and supervising boards and replaced directors of the Public enterprise "Elektroprivreda" (Power Utility of RS), and state enterprise "Energopetrol" from Serbian Sarajevo. By the decision of Government for the new director of Republican customs management was elected Dragoljub Trivanovic, his deputy Vojin Bera, while directors of Office for commodity reserves and Republican financial police became Mirko Nozica and Dragan Veselinovic. Suspended wee the steering boards and dismissed directors in state enterprises: "Levita" from Gradiska, "Banja Luka Brewery", "Vitaminka"-Banja Luka, "Mladen Stojanovic"-Nova Topola, Tobacco factory in Banja Luka, "Fruktona"-Banja Luka, Refinery of crude oil Srpski Brod, Refinery of lubricating oil Modrica, Coal mine Ljubija and edible oil factory "Bimal".BANJA LUKA - The Canadian Government will provide aid for RS for fields of health, education, social rehabilitation, energy and mine clearance - stated after the meeting with president of RS Biljana Plavsic the head of delegation of Canadian Government James Right. Mrs. Plavsic confirmed to reporters in BAnja Luka, after the meeting, that the "high delegation of Canadian Government came with offers for aid for RS people in different spheres of life". BANJA LUKA - The high delegation of Canadian Government which visited Banja Luka conveyed the announcement of Canadian Embassy in Sarajevo in which was given the unconditional support to newly elected Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ and prime minister Milorad Dodik. "The election of this government is strengthening the democratic processes in RS and represent important step towards promoting pluralism in B&H" - is said in the announcement from Canadian Embassy. BANJA LUKA - The RS Government has taken the obligation on itself that all employees who had a job in the former seat of government in Pale to stay in job. They will work as employees working for president of Presidency of B& from RS Momcilo Krajisnik, for Council of Ministers of B&H and House of Representatives of Parliamentary Assembly of B&H. BIJELJINA - After seven months in Bijeljina was officially united the Internal Ministry (MUP) of RS, and according to new minister of Internal affairs Milorad Stankovic next tasks will be uniting schools of this ministry and same uniforms and signs. Confirming that the seat of the new ministry will remain in Bijeljina, Stankovic stressed that the future activities of the Ministry will be based on Constitution and Laws of RS, performing the function of its keeping, as the state of Serbian people. BRCKO - The president of executive board /OO/ of the Socialistic Party of RS and people's delegate from Brcko Petar Djokic stated for SRNA today that "he believes that can not and dare not be any surprise regarding the final results of the arbitrage about IEBL in the region of BRcko". "All arguments are indeed on the side of RS and I believe that the region of Brcko will remain in the composition of RS", said Djokic while answering at the question what is expected to happen after March 15, when in Vienna should be announced the final decision about the status of this region. PRIJEDOR - By the secret ballots of delegates of municipal assembly Prijedor for the second vice-president was elected Muharem Murselovic and Sead Jakupovic for second vice-president of executive board, both from Coalition for whole and democratic B&H. For the secretary of the Office for common management and social affairs was elected Sefik Trozic, also from Coalition, while Milenko Kosic from Socialistic Party of RS is secretary for communal activities and protection of environment. BANJA LUKA - The representatives of the Holding corporation "Deutsche Fonesat" from Berlin, specialised for reconstruction and rearrangement of military and civilian airports, announced in Banja Luka today the full modernisation of Banja Luka's airport at the highest technology level and forming joint concern in Banja Luka, which would cover whole B&H. SARAJEVO - OSCE, UN and other organisations which are dealing with the status of human rights in B&H praised the decision of Regional Court in Bijeljina to cancel the sentences for seven Moslems, known as "Zvornik's seven", who killed last year near Zvornik Serbian civilians.
