"The study about possible joining of VRS in this programme is in forming stage" - stated Colic for Belgrade newspaper "Vecernje Novosti" and added that VRS do not needs large scale training as Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation (FB&H) Army.BANJALUKA - The Regional centre of OSCE in Banjaluka reminds all citizens which have right to vote, that they can, till November 6, register for early parliamentary elections in Republika Srpska (RS). All persons which had moved from one municipality to another and because of that are not registered at last local elections, now have right to register in municipality where they currently residing and intend to vote on November 22 and 23. BANJALUKA - The representatives of political parties which have seats in Banjaluka city parlament came to the agreement that constitutive session of the city parliament on which the city mayor, his deputy and others city officials should be elected will be held tomorrow. MODRICA - The Modrica city parliament on his constitutive session, reelected the president of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) municipal board Novak Gojkovic for city mayor and the president of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) municipal board, Dragan Davidovic for his deputy. VISEGRAD - After request of the OSCE Office, the constitutive session of the Visegrad city parliament will be held on November 12 instead of November 5 because representatives from Coalition for united and independent Bosnia and Herzegovina did not come at preparatory meetings. BANJALUKA - The Vice-president of RS and the Rector of Banjaluka University Dragoljub Mirjanic will participate at the Conference of Universities from Southeastern Europe and Black Sea area AIMOS which will take place in Nis on November 3 and 4. According to announcement from the Vice-president office, at the Conference will participate 24 Rectors from different universities. SRBINJE - The Vice-president of RS Government Velibor Ostojic had opened the Informative-technically centre in Srbinje and emphasised that is on this way "a informative chain in old Herzegovina finally linked, what opens the possibility for affirmation of universal principles: right to work, freedom of expression, independence and self-determination". BANJALUKA - The President of the Serbian National Union (SNS) and this party first candidate for early parliamentary elections Ostoja Knezevic considers that whole political opposition in RS has one joint aim - to defeat SDS and SRS, but that pre-election political clashes will not divide RS. DOBOJ - The international conference about WW II concentration camp Jasenovac which takes place in New York, cannot and must not be the first or the last truth about suffering of the Serbian and Jewish people in that concentration camp - stated for SRNA the president of the Jewish municipality Atias Mordechay and added that Jasenovac "with more of 700 000 victims represents the evidence of times when the law of torturing and killing was the only law".
