SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from Republika Srpska /RS/ Momcilo Krajisnik insists that in Srpska would be held the parliamentary and presidential elections, as anticipated by the Belgrade's agreement. While reacting on the statement of the U.S. representative Robert Gelbard that all problems were not solved still, about the presidential elections, Krajisnik warned that he cannot agree with the partial fulfilment of agreement. During the meeting with Gelbard he proposed two ways of solving problem concerning the Serbian Radio-TV /SRT/ - studio Pale: that the programme would be broadcasted alternatively with the studio Banja Luka, or to enable all population of Republika Srpska to watch both programming. Krajisnik accentuated that the reasons of the international community and High Representative to disable the broadcasting of the programming from the Pale studio unjustified. "It was not the bad intention of SRT, it was simply unintentional error" - noted Krajisnik.

SARAJEVO - The special U.S. envoy Robert Gelbard announced that the status of SRT - studio Pale will be changed when they correct the programming, and when "stop the threats to the international community". He thinks that the general director of SRT Miroslav Toholj would resign. After the meeting in Pale with the president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik, Gelbard added that the international community is considering the introducing the joint commission for media and council for programming, which would issue the licences for broadcasting the programming in RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/. He stressed that OSCE approved the parliamentary elections in RS, but that issues on holding the presidential elections were not solved yet.

DOBOJ - His Holiness bishop Zvornicko-Tuzlanski Vasilije called upon "all the Serbian people on reasonable behaviour and necessary unity". At the festivity on the occasion of centennial of the church of Lord's Assumption in Grapska, near Doboj, the bishop called people to "pray for their fatherland, love and concordance between brothers and sisters, to avoid discord, so to prevent the tragedy of all Serbian people and Serbian state". The bishop Vasilije called upon the Serbian people to pray "for those to whom was given the confidence at the previous elections to lead their Serbian fatherland towards the quiet heaven, not to betray the God and Serbian people, because all have sworn on the Holly Gospel that they will serve to God and their people".

BELGRADE - The citizens of Serbia are voting in the second round at 9,827 polling stations for new president of Republic of Serbia. They are choosing one out of two candidates who had got most votes in the first round - Zoran Lilic, the candidate of left, and Vojislav Seselj, the candidate of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/. In Novi Sad was opened 147 polling stations. The polling stations would be opened until 20,00 h P.M., and along the weak turnout of voters the elections in the morning hours have no problems.

PODGORICA - Until 12,00 h at 879 polling stations in Montenegro /CG/ at the presidential elections came out between 30 and 40% of citizens out of 460, 568 of total electorate. Both presidential candidates voted at the polling station No. 20 in the primary school "Savo Pejanovic". The first appear the current president of Government Milo Djukanovic, who expressed the conviction that the elections will pass in fair and democratic atmosphere, and will mark the quick coming out of Montenegro from the crisis in which it came unexpectedly and not-necessarily. The president of Montenegro Momir Bulatovic was welcomed with the tempestuous applause, and after the voting expressed the expectation that the elections will pass in correct and fair atmosphere, and that they will reflect the will of the people, stressing that this will must respected by everyone.

VUKOVAR - The Independent Democratic Serbian Party /SDSS/ sent the letter to the Croatian president Franjo Tudjman requiring from him to influence the state media so they could stop with instigating intolerance and mistrust towards Serbs in Eastern Slavonia. The reason for this reaction of SDSS is the announcement of five Vukovar associations of war victims and participants of war from 1991, issued on the occasion of the alleged statement of president of SDSS Vojislav Stanimirovic that "he knows what has happened to the missing persons from the hospital in Vukovar". Stanimirovic stated in the programming of the Vukovar radio that his words were distorted.
