SARAJEVO - The president of the Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ Gojko Klickovic stated that the Attorney General will move the procedure against people responsible for illegal occupying the transmitting station of the Serbia radio-TV and confirmed the rumours that the SFOR is ready to participate in occupying the transmission station throughout RS. "I am afraid that we are approaching to the lower limit. SFOR must stop with such practice already today" - warned Klickovic. The minister of information Svetlana Siljegovic thinks that SFOR will, by participating in taking over the transmission stations, "be directly included in the coup d'etat".

SARAJEVO - The international community will finally and definitely be included in the internal conflict in RS, by helping, under the firm of protection the media freedom, introducing the censorship into the information system in RS, dictated from the Cabinet of president of RS, who defected from the Constitution and Laws. This is assessed in the letter sent to the Ambassador Richard Elerman, the presiding of the Commission of experts for media (MEK), by Svetlana Siljegovic, warning that "The SFOR troops are the permanent threat to the journalists of the state media and all employed in that system. In the most difficult situation are the engineers and technicians employed in the relay stations of the Serbian Radio-Television /SRT/, which lives are endangered.

DOBOJ - The patrol of the Norveign battalion of the Nordicpolish brigade of SFOR, positioned in Doboj, shot twice in Grapska Gornja as the warning behind the RS police vehicle - is said in the announcement of the Norveign battalion on the occasion of the incident near Doboj and precisely stated that in the moment when the soldiers of SFOR were preparing to come out of vehicle because of the patrol in Grapska Gornja, five kilometres North of Doboj, behind them passed in the great speed the police vehicle from which, as claimed, they were addressed by cursing.

SARAJEVO - The general director of SRT Miroslav Toholj informed the minister of information of RS Svetlana Siljegovic that the para-police forces, ordered by president Biljana Plavsic, and helped by SFOR, forcibly occupied the radio-TV transmission station of SRT in Duge Njive near Doboj. Stressing that after that the station was connected with TV-signal on Kozara." Toholj warned that this is "another step in breaking the unique system of SRT and usurpation of the state property".

DOBOJ - In the afternoon hours with the Radio-TV-transmission station Duge njive near Doboj again is being broadcasted the programming of SRT from studio Pale, after the members of MUP /ministry of internal affairs/ of RS have taken the transmission station held by para-police forces - reports the correspondent of "Flash" from Doboj. The officer for public contacts of the Nordic-Polish brigade captain Ariel Carlsen confirmed for SRNA that in the mentioned region was some shooting.

PRNJAVOR - The Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /OO SDS/ Prnjavor supported the stance of the Police station /CJB/ in this city to, by respecting the principle of subordination and hierarchy, exclusively respect the orders of the legal Ministry of Internal Affairs /MUP/ of RS. The members of OO SDS have decided to send urgent requirement to the Main Board of this Party to convene the Assembly of the party, on which the new leadership would be elected, in order to strengthen and make more efficacious the work of SDS.

SARAJEVO - The commander of the ground forces of SFOR general Cordy Simpson congratulated to the commanders of the armies of RS and FB&H for respecting the agreements from their last meeting - stated at the press conference in Pale the spokesman of SFOR Chris Raily. According to him, the armed actions are not the options anymore in B&H, a guarantor of peace is SFOR. Raily reminded that SFOR continues with the inspections of armies in both entities, stressing great successes of mine clearance on both sides, in which actions daily are destroyed about 1000 mines.

BIJELJINA - In Bijeljina were noticed the greater moves of SFOR units and their stationing along the road Bijeljina - Tuzla, near the sugar factory in Velika Obarska and Semberija village Batkovic, north from Bijeljina. Because of these events the citizens of Semberija are evidently upset, and on this situation was scheduled the session of the Municipal Board of SDS Bijeljina.

SARAJEVO - The Municipal elections in B&H will be held in already determined time, September 13 and 14, with no regard on the political crisis in RS - stated in Sarajevo the OSCE spokesman David Foley.

BONN - The west will furthermore support the president Biljana Plavsic - stated the minister of the Foreign affairs of Germany Klaus Kinkel to the German news "Stutgarter nachrichten", adding that, according to his opinion "only she is consistently committed to the Dayton agreement".

SARAJEVO - The SFOR received the request for approval of the eventual flight of the airplane of the Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic to Banja Luka - stated the spokesman of SFOR major Piter Clark. "The request is temporarily being considered" - said Clark, not saying precisely when this visit could occur.

SARAJEVO - The airplane of the German combat aircraft Tupoljev TU-154 made photographs of 120 military and civilian facilities over RS and FB&H. Ordered by OSCE, in this way is documented the performance of the obligation on disarmament. Especially were photographed the difficultly accessible terrains, and this airplane started its flight from Split and the representatives of all parties were in it.

SARAJEVO - The new U.S. Ambassador in B&H Richard Causlarich stated that "his mission is to implement the Dayton Agreement in whole and set the foundations for prospective and democratic B&H, which consists of two entities", and repeated that U.S.A. are worried because the situation in RS and that U.S. support will be given to whose who implement the Dayton Agreement.

VIENNA - The Serbian National Rebirth /SNP/ warned, on the occasion of the political crisis in RS, that with the "betrayers of Serbian people there is not and dare not be any negotiations" stressing that "with such persons, as well as is the case in any democratic state who step on the national honour, is being talked only by the manager of the prison".

BELGRADE - The special envoy of U.S.A. for the former Yugoslavia Robert Gelbard threatened to Belgrade by the "greater isolation", if they do not change the relations of the president of FR Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic towards the Dayton Agreement. GElbard assesses "the fact for regret because the opposition in Serbia is its greatest enemy and is not enough active".
