The Italian ambassador said his country has a balanced approach to both RS and Federation of B-H, and added that Italy respects the will of the Serbian people and encourages implementation of Dayton accords.BANJALUKA - In order to get familiar with local problems, the Italian ambassador in Sarajevo, Michael Valensize, talked in Banjaluka with the city mayor, Savko Cuk. Cuk reminded his guest of the international statistics indicating at only 4 per cent of refugees returned, and added that "it is very unlikely that the Serbs, who had expirienced evictions from their homes for four times in this century, decide to return to their ethnic areas which now remain within administrative borders of B-H Federation". BANJALUKA - The president of the Social-Liberal Party of RS, Miodrag Zivanovic, assessed that "the attitude of the Group 7 regarding the implementation of the Dayton agreement was positive".
