SARAJEVO - The holding of the Donors' Conference scheduled for the end of June can be prevented in no way if the Laws on Central Bank, Budget and Customs are finalized, stated the OHR spokesman, Colom Murphy at a press conference held in Sarajevo. CLEVELAND - The peace process in the B&H is 'iffy' not only because of the problems in the region, but also of the diplomatic chaos faced by the international institutions in Sarajevo which are in charge of the implementation of the Dayton agreement, assesses the Washington Post. Upon her arrival in Sarajevo within the next week, the US Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, who maintains that Washington will succeed in reviving of the peace process in B&H by putting pressure politically and economically upon all the signatories, will probably convince herself into the opposite - the foreign institutions participating in the peace process with a seat in Sarajevo are founding themselves in a huge chaos, maintains the paper.

SARAJEVO - At its extraordinary session held in Pale, the Republic Electoral Commission considered the May 26 decision made by the electoral appellation sub-commission on the alleged irregularities in the voters registration in Banjaluka, Prijedor, Gradiska, Kotor Varos, Srpski Drvar and Srpski Kljuc, i.e. Ribnik. The announcement issued after the meeting says: 'because of the wrong assessments that came prior to the making of the decision, the Republic Electoral Commission unanimously concluded to sent a request to the Provisional Electoral Commission for investigating this case and assuming a final attitude on the possible responsibility of the persons working in the registration centres and on the striking of the candidates of just a political party'.

BANJALUKA - The decision of the electoral appellation subcommission on punishing of the branch of the Serbian Democratic Party from Banjaluka is made on the assumptions and unfounded facts, this was concluded at the session of the Banjaluka branch of the SDS. A request was sent to the election appellation subcommission for checking of the May 26 decision, according to which the SDS in Banjaluka is allegedly held responsible for the irregularities in the voters registration and because of which the first name from the Party's candidate list was struck and can not be replaced with another one.
