At the conference will be discussed the issues of return of refugees, renewal of the region and building the democratic institutions in accordance with the decision of the main arbiter Roberts Owen on the arbitrage about Brcko.BELGRADE - The representatives of the Federal Assembly of FR Yugoslavia /SRJ/ and National Assembly /NS/ of RS assessed at the meeting in Belgrade that by the Agreement on special parallel relations between RS and SRJ were created more favourable conditions for further development in relations between two countries. In the talks with the presidents of the Council of Republics and Council of Citizens of FRY Assembly Srdjo Bozovic and Milomir Minic participated the president of NS RS Dragan Kalinic and chiefs of the delegate's clubs of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ and the Association for peace and progress Vojislav Maksimovic, Nikola Poplasen and Dragutin Ilic. BELGRADE - The Agreement about the special parallel relations between RS and FRY represent the Serbian national interest and overcomes the pragmatic interest of any individual in power - said in Belgrade the president of NS RS Dragan Kalinic. While addressing the representatives of the Council of Citizens and the Council of Republics of the Federal Assembly of FRY Milomir Minic and Srdjo Bozovic, Kalinic stressed that this agreement "was surprise for everyone except for Serbian people who have expected this for a long time". BELGRADE - The president of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic met in Belgrade with the delegation of NS RS, headed by its president Dragan Kalinic. As announced, the topic of talks is the Agreement about the special parallel relations between RS and FR Yugoslavia. BELGRADE - The simplifying the economic cooperation between Serbian states is to be expected soon - said the president of Government of Serbia Mirko Marjanovic after the meeting of the representatives of the governments of RS, FRY and Serbia in Belgrade. "We had concrete talks about economic cooperation in the fields of industry and agrarian-complex, utilisation of the economic capacities and creating the unique market", said Mr. Marjanovic. SARAJEVO - The vice-president of the RS Government Velibor Ostojic stated in Pale that the Ministry of the Science and Culture in the current year will work on the strengthening the activities of all cultural institutions and creating the unique networks in the culture, and the legal defining of the institutions in this field. After the talks with the cultural workers of Serbia and RS about the mutual cooperation of the whole people in this sphere, Ostojic said that the great contribution gave His Eminence Metropolitan dabro-Bosnian Nikolaj, who presented the concept of transforming the culture in RS and pointed out on which foundations and segments the cultural work in RS would lie. BELGRADE - The presidents of the Economic Chambers of RS and Serbia Bozidar Antic and Vlajko Stojiljkovic talked in Belgrade about the improvement of cooperation in accordance with the Agreement on special parallel connections between RS and FR Yugoslavia. "This agreement must be given life, because it represents the efforts for the permanent interests of the people on the both sides of the Drina river", assessed Antic after the meeting, while adding that "the economies of RS and Serbia must get a chance for establishing the cooperation without any restrictions". BELGRADE - The air traffic between Belgrade, Banja Luka and Sarajevo will be set up when the dispute with Federation B&H about the competence for signing the agreement about establishing the air lines and securing the corridors is solved - stated the general director of the Yugoslavian air transport /JAT/ Zika Petrovic. BANJA LUKA - In the organisation of RS Government in Banja Luka was held the expert meeting with the theme "The privatisation in RS", which was attended, besides the domestic experts also the experts from the German Institute EVEK for improvement and development of small and middle enterprises. "This is the continuation of cooperation which RS Government established earlier with the experts of the Institute EVEK from the German city Essen, because of exchange of experiences and assistance in privatisation", said the vice-president of the Government Djuradj Banjac while opening this meeting. DOBOJ - The permission for inhabiting the Doboj's settlements in the zone of separation this summer has got 866 Moslem families - stated the commander of the HQ of Nordic-Polish brigade general Gunar Lundberg, while presenting the details of the plan of returning the refugees which was the secret. At the press conference in Doboj the general Lunberg stressed that for realising this plan, which comprises of the three phases, will be responsible the UNHCR, but not IFOR. COPENHAGEN - The new date for holding the municipal elections in B&H, September 13 and 14 is fully realistic, and will be respected - stated in Copenhagen the presiding of OSCE, the Danish minister of the Foreign Affairs Niels Helveg Petersen - reports AFP. "The chief of OSCE Mission for B&H Robert Frowick assessed during our meeting on February 28 that holding the elections in June is not possible because its quality would be brought into question" - explained Mr. Petersen. BELGRADE - The administrator of the international community for the Serbian region Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Srem Jacques Klein requested from the president of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic to "continue to support the Serbian people in this region". "We must help this people to get identity cards and to be registered for elections, because it is the key of their future - to stabilise the region and secure their own political future" - stated Mr. Klein after the meeting with Mr. Milosevic in Belgrade. SARAJEVO - The president of the Federation B&H Kresimir Zubak accused Moslem authorities and media that they used his visit to Banja Luka for "deepening old and instigating new misunderstandings, doubts and accusing" - reports the Croatian Radio Herceg-Bosna.
