He believes that "the RS Government is the most responsible for the situation we have", and he said that "Government is seriously warned by the Assmelby of a grave need for a strict implementation of Assmelby's conclusions." TESLIC - The obvious illegal trade with the Croat-Muslim Federation is one of elements which additional complicate the security situation in the municipality of Teslic, this was concluded at a meeting of Teslic authorities, state officials and RS Army representatives.
