SARAJEVO - The Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) issued an announcement saying that "the official setting up of posters with Mr. Karadzic is essentially against the verbal and written agreement with representatives of the international community and the electoral rules"."According to the Dayton agreement and the electoral rules and regulations, agreed to by the SDS, the offi cial setting up p[posters of Mr. Radovan Karadzic, who is forbid den from participating at the elections by the international community, can only endanger the democratic nature of the elec tions", says the announcement,

LONDON - At this moment, crucial for the Serbian people in RS, there is nothing more important than the Serb national unity and decisiveness to defend the results of the longlasting strug- gle and suffering, says a message from the Serbian patriotic organisations in Great Britain, regarding September elections in RS.

ZURICH - The Coordination Board for Collective Voting in RS, held its third session in the Lang House Hotel, in the Zurich suburb of Beybah. Representatives from all places in Switzerland, submitted a report on interest and registering for voting at the September elections. According to their data, about twenty buses are to go for RS.

BERLIN - Yesterday's murder of an Ukraine IFOR soldier in Sarajevo, the German media assessed as being a serious incident on the face of the September elections in the Dayton B-H, while many papers simply did not comment yesterday's murder in the Muslimcontrolled city. Having concluded that the Muslims should expect serious consequences other than an official protest, the "Noes Deutschland", posed a question whether or not NATO jets would have attacked the Serbs if a NATO soldier was possibly killed in Banjaluka, for instance.

ROME - The Italian media deal with yesterday's meeting of the EU foreign ministers, who discussed the situation in RS and the CroatMuslim Federation following the elections. "The minis- ters are in agreement that the elections for local offices should be held by the end of this year, and that IFOR troops should stay, as a part of NATO forces, in RS and the CroatMuslim Feder- ation at least for two next years to prevent renewal of the war", writes the Italian press.

BEOGRAD - No confirmation from the Serbian presidency was made available to SRNA's Belgrade correspondent on president Slobodan Milosevic's receiving any of RS presidential candidates at the elections.

PRIJEDOR - It is unthankful to prognosticate the elections results, but judging by the mood of the people, I deeply believe that the SDS will take the majority of ballots, stated the Prije dor mayor Milomir Stakic, during his talks with U.S. ambassador to Sarajevo, John Menzies. While on his surprise visit to Prije dor, the U.S. ambassador was interested in the preparations for the upcoming elections.

BEOGRAD - The Serbs in Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Srem, who are interesting in getting Croatian documents, will have to publicly give up of their nationality. Those Serbs who want to acquire right to Republic Croatia's documents ought to sign up a statement that they belong to the Croatian nation.

CEAVELAND - The U.S. intelligence prepared a U.S. adminis trationapproved covert plan with the Kurds to depose the Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, stated a senior representative of Clin ton's administration, Zeinil Taib. The U.S. administration openly rejects to comment on involvement of its intelligence in the preparation of rebellion against the Iraqi government.
