SARAJEVO - While summarising the 62nd session of the Nation al Assembly /NS RS/, its president Mr. Momcilo Krajisnik high lighted that at this session is legally encircled the acting of Assembly and other state organs in the previous period. "This session of NS RS had a long period of acting and held many cru cial decisions. Today remained unsolved only issue of bringing back the land property and real estate, which will government prepare for next, the last session of the parliament in this convocation", - said the president Krajisnik. In the statement, after the concluding of the session, he especially highlighted that the delegates discussed about the Electorate Law, and in their discussions stressed the commitment of RS to hold elections in as much as possible favourable atmosphere.

SARAJEVO - The National Assembly of RS /NS RS/ concluded the 62nd session at Pale by delegate's questions. Delegates asked the government and other state institutions, between the others, about questions of municipal agencies of the Serbian municipali ties, which territories now belong to the CroatianMoslem federa- tion, issues of the RS enterprises's property abroad, the re serves of grain, preparations for the autumn sowing, power sup plying, status of the national delegates and other.

SARAJEVO - The vicepresident and acting president of RS Mrs. Biljana Plavsic talked with U.S. Ambassador John Mensis about the problem of POW's who are still detained in prisons, despite clear regulations of the Dayton Agreement, according to which they should have been released on January 19 already. "We are permanently reminding on January 19, when all prisoners had to be released. The general Walker requested the list of detained Serbs, and also the Ambassador Mensis, and in next contacts we shall attempt, although with delay, solve this problem", stressed Mrs. Plavsic.

SOKOLAC - IFOR have threaten that they will tomorrow and after tomorrow, on August 18 and 19, destroy the storage of the Army of RS /VRS/ in the village Margetici, six kilometres far from Sokolac towards Han Pijesak, because there is, allegedly, notallowed quantities of ammunition and arms in it. The command er of the Italian brigade of IFOR colonel Biaggio di Garsio con firmed to SRNA, in the provisional camp of multiethnic forces, two kilometres far from storage, that about this are informed, in written form, the vicepresident and the acting president Biljana Plavsic and the Supreme HQ of the Serbian army.

ZVORNIK - The leadership of the Municipal Assembly Zvornik warned the High Representative of the international community Carl Bildt that efforts directed unification of RS and F B&H lead to the new destabilisation and possibility of conflict renewal. The Zvornik's leaders gave their convictions to Mr. Bildt that they will do all to enable the next elections to pass in the correct atmosphere.

SARAJEVO - The parties and individuals, which are opponents to the nationalist Party of the Democratic Action /SDA/, are faced, less then a month before elections, with regular harass ments and intimidations at the NorthWest region of the Moslem- Croatian federation - reports Rapturous. One UN official stated that on the houses of Moslems, which are members of opponent parties in Cazin, were thrown explosive devices.

ZAGREB - The delegation of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs should arrive in Belgrade on Monday, to prepare the agreements about the normalisation of the relations between the Croatia and Federal Republic Yugoslavia /SRJ/ - reports Hina.
