GRADISKA - While commenting the decision of Robert Frowick to transfer the competence over the Brcko city from Banja Luka to Tuzla regional centre of OSCE, the vice president of Republika Srpska and acting president Biljana Plavsic stressed in Gradiska today that "those who demand that are wishing to provoke insta bility". "All games about Brcko are very irritating for Serbian people, and that is not good for anybody, especially in the situation in which we are making efforts to silent the atmosphere before the elections", stated precisely Mrs. Plavsic in the statement for SRNA.

BRCKO - The chief of the regional centre of OSCE in Banja Luka Thomas Millerina stated that Brcko was not by any decision transferred from the competence of the centre of this organisa tion in RS under the competence of the centre in MoslemCroatian federation. "The reports about alleged decision of the chief of OSCE Mission in B&H Robert Frowick to transfer Brcko from the competence of the centre in Banja Luka under the competence of centres in Tuzla and Orasje are false and ungrounded", said Millerina.

SARAJEVO - At the meeting of the Provisional Electoral Commission /PEC/ in the centre of OSCE Mission in Sarajevo are discussed the issues of distribution and classifying the voters ballots which will be held in the centre of OSCE mission in Sarajevo. The Commission is acquainted with the way of storage of voting material, as well as the measures of its physical securi ty.

SARAJEVO - The president of the national Assembly of RS Momcilo Krajisnik received at Pale today the High Representative of the international community for civil affairs Karl Bildt. It is expected that Krajisnik and Bildt will talk about problems in the implementations of civil part of the Peace agreement at the coming elections in RS and MoslemCroatian federation.

BANJA LUKA - In the festive room of Banski dvori in Banja Luka was held the preelection press conference of the Municipal Board of the Serbian Democratic Party /OO SDS/ Banja Luka. The candidate of SDS for the vicepresident of Republika Srpska Dragoljub Mirjanic informed the reporters that on democratic way were held the elections within the Party, which at the Banja Luka region has 13,200 members.

VITEZ - The press representative of the regional centre of OSCE in Banja Luka Thomas Millerina confirmed that for the munic ipal elections in Doboj were applied 15 political parties, of which 8 from RS and seven from MoslemCroatian Federation. While talking at the press conference in Vitez about objections of Serbian side that from the Srbian refugees in the world is de manded to vote in Moslem embassies, Millerina said "that mustn't vote there, but in the places determined by governments in those countries.

BELGRADE - The secretary of the Serbian National defence /SNO/ from Australia Predrag Rancic sent a letter today to the chief of the Vienna Office of OSCE Will Hide in which ask for explanation why Serbs, who live in Australia, have no right to vote at the elections in Republika Srpska. In the letter forward ed to Srna Rancic asks Hide why Moslems and Croats are allowed to vote in Canbera, while the Australian Serbs are not.

BELGRADE - The Association for the aid for refugees and displaced persons in FR Yugoslavia sent appeal today to all humanitarian institutions in the system of UN to undertake the urgent measures for increasing the humanitarian aid for refugees in FR Yugoslavia. "The status of refugees in FR Yugoslavia is dramatically worsened by total break of giving of humanitarian aid in last three months", is written in the statement.

BELGRADE - UN spokesman Susan Manual stated that the intimi dation and incidents in Sarajevo suburbs, where live the remain ing Serbs, are permanently continued and are intensified. "The IPTF tried to convince local police forces to comply with laws, but they persistently avoid to provide protection to Serbian population", said Manual.

DOBOJ - The spokesman of the NordicPolish brigade of IFOR major Arthur Bilski confirmed that at the wide region of Doboj, from Prnjavor to Srpski brod, set 2,420 mine fields, of which, from the beginning of implementation of the Dayton Agreement until today, only 31 was cleansed. Densest mine concentration is from Doboj to Maglaj, especially on the left bank of Bosna river", stated precisely major Bilski.

BELGRADE - The president of the Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ Vojislav Seselj assessed that the Athens' talks of presidents of Serbia Slobodan Milosevic and Croatia Franjo Tudjman confirmed that the goal of the president Milosevic is to "seal definitely the destiny of the Republika Srpska Krajina". "Milosevic has a goal to get Prevlaka, but he will, like in the previous cases, be deceived", said Seselj.

BELGRADE - The spokesman of Democratic Party /DS/ Slobodan Vuksanovic stated that the meetings of presidents Milosevic and Tudjman already long time have the halfprivate and half-secret character. "The tradition of the secret diplomacy is continued, but the public was never before informed so detailed with the contents of such talks", stated Vuksanovic.

BELGRADE - The vicepresident of the Democratic Party of Serbia /DSS/ Mirko Petrovic stated that Croatia is the "classic example of the state which do not respect the basic human rights and freedoms, and because of that we can't speak of its recogni tion". "The meeting MilosevicTudjman in Athens should be viewed in the framework of its mutual policy, which left a catastrophic consequences for serbian people", stated Petrovic.

BELGRADE - The Congregational People's Party /SNS/ assessed that the talks MilosevicTudjman are late. "Having in view all the consequences of the five years war and previous negotiations of the same persons which, usually, were harmful for the inter ests of the Serbian people in whole, the meeting in Athens came too late", is written in the statement of SNS.
